The guys at fix installed a new front grill on my 1990 Ford F150 long bed. I wasnt sure it was possible given the age but 2 hours later there it was shining like new. From the minute I walked in the door, I knew I had chosen the right shop for my car’s body work. Everyone I dealt with was polite and genuinely made me feel at home there. The place was extremely clean, an important point during this pandemic. Because insurance wasn’t going to cover my work, they gave me a discounted rate. I came across this body shop through my insurance. Received multiple calls to come in for an estimate. It took me a while to take my vehicle in, but when I did it took about 5 minutes. Leo was very quick and efficient. Came back a week late to drop it off. The process to get a rental was very smooth.A week later, I came back to pick up my vehicle even though repairs took about 5 days. I loved that they were willing to accommodate my pick up/drop off with my schedule. Repairs were A1. They cleaned my car inside and out. Leo was very warm and professional, so did other people in this shop. Got update everyday through the messages and phone calls. 10 days later got the car back. But some issues needed to take it back. Leo was very honest. He paid a loaner. The car looked like a brand new car again when I picked it up the second time. He did furthermore to add some door edge guard and polish some my old scratches for free. The car from inside and out looks brand new. Thank you, Leo and your team for your wonderful job.
