Cleanest and most organized shop Ive ever been to. The service is great, prices are fair and they go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend.

Dont trust this place. Went for new tires and oil change on 8/12. Got my car back and the first thing I noticed was how DIRTY they left the inside. Covered in black fingerprints all over the driver side door and both front seats and the steering wheel made my hands black during the drive home. Next problem, and this is a HUGE PROBLEM, they did not put the oil cap back on after the oil change. Two days later I realized they left the cap propped up on the windshield near the wipers, just sitting there. My car was stinking like exhaust inside the car as hot oil was spilling out into the engine on a summer day. Unprofessional and incompetent. Totally unacceptable. Its sad because they are close to home and Id love to be able to use them but not like this. Ive attached all photos as proof. Ill be calling over there to discuss this with them.

I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. The first problem started when I arrive I was told I didnt have an appointment after 20 minutes and look up my appointment in my email they told me in. 2nd problem when I drop my car off I had 4 fitting hub caps now I only have 3. I was told the service put the hub cap on and maybe it came off. Per the store manager they are not liable if the hub cap came off after I left the lot. Im just glad my wheel didnt come off because Im sure they would say it was on when I left the lot and they are liable once I leave. 3rd problem, I never had an oil leak now I do. I would take it my car back but Im sure the manager and service tech is going to tell me it was leaking when I left and they arent liable once I leave the lot.nI will not be returning to Mr. Tire and would tell anyone if you take you car be warned and inspect you car thoroughly before you leave their lotWould recommend this Mr. Tire location No!!!!Kp

Mixed review here, Ive been here before and had great customer service I had a flat that couldnt be patched so I had to get a new tire, the work was done fast and the mechanics where chill. Then I had another flat and the tire could be patched. Great!But recently I went in to by one (1) tire (had a persistent leak and the tire needed to be replace anyway) the manager said I needed 4 tires, saying that all my tires where in bad shape, and when I asked him about one of my tires (recently replaced) he chose to lie and say its half way through its life. (it was less than three months old). Funny enough he said that he cant just sell me one tire but I had to buy 4 tires, and when I said I dont need 4 he said he would do 3 and give me a spare (so thoughtful). The man is nothing more than a liar. Be carful, when you do business there, if your mechanic has a orange circle with stars inside (dragon ball Z) tattoo on the underside of his for arm, dont trust him.

DO NOT GO HERE! Went to this location for a simple oil change back in April, they cracked the oil pan on my car and took almost 3 weeks to fix it. Had to get a rental car for the time and they told me they would reimburse me for the purchase. 5 months later and I am still calling them every week so they can process the refund. Terrible management and customer service. If you need any work done to your car, just go somewhere else!!

I had been looking for tires for my trucks for a few weeks. A friend recommended that I talk to Mike at Mr.Tire. I made an appointment and Mike took care of me from the time I walked in the door until the time I was finished and checked out. This location is dishonest. No wonder they are the ONLY Mr Tire with immediate appts available. A month ago I take my moms car here for an oil change. All is fine. Recently I notice the oil running low. She takes the car back with to see what it needs and for an eval of the leak specifically and other issues since shes there (struts, tune up..etc). She comes home with a laundry list of work and a mention of an oil leak, but Mr Tire says thy dk where it is leaking from. We have our neighbor (also a mechanic) look today, and in a matter of minutes asks who was the last place to do the oil change on the car?....I ask why...he points out tht they cross threaded the screw to the oil pan(you can actually see it)..and instead of correcting the problem...thy instead attempted to seal the space with wht appeared to be silicone. Mr Tire (this location) was the last to do the oil change AND just looked at the car yesterday, so you mean to tell me thy didnt see tht leak?? Or did thy just claim not to know where it was coming from because it came from THEIR work??

Just got an oil change here. They got me in and out quickly and on time. I was helped by Mike and he was very nice, knowledgeable, answered all of my “just curious” car questions. Thanks Mike!

Great service just when the customer service seems like it’s dying! Went in for a tire rotation got In and out within 1/2 hour! This was very reasonable. The staff was professional and very nice.

Today I had the BEST experience at Mr. Tire with Aaron. I had been to 5 (yes 5!) different places to replace my rear wind shield wiper blade and no one had it in stock, or when looked up in the computer nothing was listed. This happened to Aaron too, but instead of sending me on my way he decided to take a look and see if he could help. Well boy did he help! He took the time to look at what I had and match it up with something he had and all for a silly rear wind shield wiper blade! Believe me I will be going back to Mr. Tire (store 767) for all my car needs....and ps they do SO much more than tires!! Cant wait for it to rain to use my new wiper blade!!!

I had an appointment to get 4 new tires at 12pm yesterday Sunday and was told it would only take 2 hours. I called around 2:30 and was told my car was not ready after being on hold for a long time and that it would be about 20 more minutes. So I head it to the shop and got there at 3:05pm and was not told my car was still not ready while the employees where just talking and sitting around. I ended up waiting longer and didn’t get my car until 3:28pm. I was so upset because I was late to my job and just paid and left and didn’t even realized that I wasn’t even offered alignments and road hazard coverage. If they would have done their job they would have offered me those services which I need. This is not what I expected. This place not very professional at all.

My tire wasn’t holding air due to a nail & I called 7 other mr tires before reaching this one & having Aaron be willing to let me come in THAT DAY, to help me with my tire problem. The other places couldn’t get in in until next week! There was definitely other people being serviced when we arrived & he still made sure to let us know he was going to get us taken care of. & it was done in a timely manner. Mediocre service at Catonsville Mr. Tire on Baltimore National Pike. Employee not wearing a mask when working with customers. They called and said the car was ready and when we got there to pick it up, nobody had even started working on it. Definitely will not be getting my car serviced here again.

I received excellent service at this auto shop. I went in for new tires and got my brakes fixed at the same time. A year later my tire started leaking because I ran over a nail. I took it back and they replaced the tire at no charge for the new tire. I went back for some other repairs because they did such a good job. They repaired the hood latch on my car and changed the oil in my truck. I highly recommend this shop.Tom provides a quick, clean and friendly service. He has won my business.

The day of my oil change i found aluminum foil bundled under the hood of the car. Now maybe because they were short handed they were careless but this could have caused some serious issues my daughter saw it and was shocked..you have lost.two customers then Erin told me that the rattled under my car was wear and tear..It was the heat shield manifold. I dont think they even looked and matter made it worst. I will be telling people my experience considering what I said above I asked them to check and they always say gotta ya but are you listening.

Terrible! Called for an appointment, showed up at the 4:00p agreed upon time and was lectured on how wonderful Mr Tire is. I was told that I’d be done in 30 mins. 6:00p rolls around and they hadn’t even started working on my tire. Now it’s closing time and that same guy asks me to come back in the morning. Unless you have a lot of time to kill and want to be lied to, I would avoid this store.

Our tire had a slow leak. The team at Mr Tire patched the puncture and resolved another problem with the corroded rim. Great technical and customer service.

Bait & switch with a side of lies. I scheduled an appointment online to purchase two new tires for my car, received a confirmation, and duly arrived at Mr. Tire on route 40 at the scheduled time. My first inclination that things were about to go south came when the clerk said he needed to go check if he had the tires Id selected in stock--whats the point of pre-selecting the tires online if said tires do not actually exist? Sure enough, several minutes later he comes back and informs me that he doesnt have them in stock, but he does have two slightly more expensive ones on hand. Whats the difference?, I ask. He replies that theyre only going to come out to $40 more than the tires Id reserved, which came out to $220. Ummm, no, the price quote I received online was for $182, plus tax, I inform him. His reply is that my quote didnt include installation...which it did, at $19.99 per tire, along with the tire disposal fee of $3.65 per tire which Id also selected, thus explaining how a pair of $67 tires came out to $182 before tax. Needless to say, I left immediately and will not be returning. Disgraceful!

I use several Mr. Tire locations, most of which are great, but these guys are the best. They go above and beyond to take care of your problem at the lowest cost possible. I had a flat on a new set of tires and they called the other Mr. Tire location to see if I had purchased Road Hazard Protection. Turns out I did and it saved me $150! Im not usually a review writer but these guys deserve the recognition.

I must admit that I was dreading going to this location because I have had so many issues in the past, but this was my only option for a couple of reasons. When I went in I was shocked. The people at the desk were so friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me (I knew I needed new tires) about my options, how much they would cost, physically showed me the tires, and didnt try to up-sell. They called me to get my permission for the alignment when it was found to need it (I knew I needed this too so no surprise really) and then they actually called me when it was done. I cant tell you the last time that has happened. Most of the places I have gone just wait for me to call before they close and then say that they just finished. When I got there they showed me everything, explained the warranty, and thanked me for my business. I inquired if they were under new ownership and indeed they are. I would gladly go back here now that things have turned around so well. If you were like me and were burned in the past by this location, check it out again. Youll be happy you did!

This location is much improved, Ben is great to deal with in the service center. Pricing is competitive and selection is great, including the stock they keep on hand. He explained everything regarding road hazard plan and the readings from the alignment test. Theyve certainly gotten my tire business moving forward.

Tom is incredible. I have followed him from the Shrewsbury pa store over an hour away just because of the service he provides. He is absolutely incredible. Im 100% happy with the service I received at this location! They evaluated the problem with my car and gave a clear explanation as to how to fix it. The work was done timely.
