I ordered balloons and other items for my sons birthday party. I decided that I would need more time in traveling do to I had to, go to 2 different paty city stores, because one store didnt have everything I needed. So pick up my first set of my online order and made it curbside in owings Mills awesome staff there never a problem always satisfied 😌. Then I had to travel to route forty. Which between the 2 only takes me abt 20 mins to get the. I called and waited and ntn, I waited for my items no one came out so it was abt 20 mins, I made a second call the associate says didnt someone already come out to bring ur items I replied no. So its been abt 40 minutes. So I wait again. So Ill say its been abt 1hour ntn, so I call back a third time and the girl says I dont see ur order, and I dont no what they are doing in here. So she comes out and is eating while talking to me and I havent eaten today. She asks me to see me email and says she doesnt have it, so I say Im coming in. So I get in and she asks my name and I give to here and she says she doesnt have it, I look up I says its there with the 16 on it, and she says oh I didnt she it. Balloons wernt inflated properly, werent together.so I say one on the words one the Ballon is broken can u re redo it no because its all ready here, she says so I can just tear it off, I stated what ever do to I was already passed off. It was taking so much to keep cool. The worst is I got the balloons 🎈 😒 and go outside and half of then wernt tied together properly and went up in to the heavenly skies. Very horrible they get no more of my money.

Awful. I placed my order ahead of time and they have me the wrong item. The item I ordered was out of stock, but they didnt tell me, and just tried to pass off something else as my order and hoped I wouldnt notice.

Purchased a balloon bouquet and clearly the staff member did not know what they were doing because less than six hours later half the balloons deflated and by the next morning only the numbers on the balloon stayed up. Embarrassing especially for balloons given as a present for celebrating. Go elsewhere. Staff are clearly not trained well enough to be putting these bouquets together.

I went looking for se bridal shower decor. The owner/manager was screaming at some teen employees about balloons. Another customer asked the manager about super hero theme stuff and she yelled at them. I walked out and went across to dollar store instead as I dont want to support a place that yells at staff and customers

I ran in here quickly to find poker chips and Play-Doh. They had both and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very clean, tellers were very nice & helpful. Wide selection of holiday items, birthday, baby shower, a lot of first birthday options. They range in price from 50 cent items for kids to $15 string lights that were really cute just for decorating. In store & curbside available

Ok location off of major roadway in Baltimore County. Looks as if it doesnt get much business as on the past, so you should be able to get in and out easy. Party supplies and balloons are the ideal items sold here, with costumes also here. Prices are a little on the moderate side for the plain stuff. Nothing is cheap. I do like the color scheme section. And they do have a good but not great selection of current character selections. Make sure your kids party is gonna feature one of them.

The filthiest, PC Ive ever gone to. Staff not very attentive, inventory spread out in in the isles making it impossible to shop, wearing their masks down on their chin, a whole mess, like just throw the entire store away...

Biggest issue at this store is overall customer service. The employees dont know the proper return policies and do not advise properly to customers. Many employees in this store are very rude saying jokes about customers is this Wednesday, no its dumb day and snide remarks about folks walking in. Additionally, the manager Shamika is very unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and just order from Amazon. If you need balloons literally the dollar store will do it for a dollar. 🤷‍♀️ this is probably one of those brick and mortar stores that will file for bankruptcy for lack of customer service and inventory.

Party party party... thumbs up.. only thing is the product I was looking for was not no where near where it was supposed to be. I strolled around for about 30ish mins and found it. I let someone know the stocking was off. But wasnt a big issue, I wanted to see what they had in the store anyway.

Unorganized. Friendly staff but the store was not running efficiently. Long line, 4 employees but only one register open. Balloon orders were taken based on if you made eye contact with the male staff member. Store is in need of an overhaul.

Went early on a Halloween morning to purchase tablecloths that my local Party City was out of. Location was well organized. Cashier acknowledged & greeted me quickly. No line, which was AMAZING considering it was Halloween. Will definitely be back if my local store is out of stock of what I need.

While the cashier talked on the phone and rung up my purchase, you could of been blowing up the balloon. I even asked if I could have the display if blowing it up was an issue. Sooo my real question, what was the real issue ma’am??? I’ll probably return all my items tomorrow and go on amazon! I can’t support this kind of service.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The aisles are organized and clearly labeled. They usually have deals on things from the last holiday, which is good if youre planning for next year! You can get a variety of generic party items as well as specific themes for whatever youre planning!

I placed my order 3 weeks in advance at this party city my order was supposed to be ready at 5:00 p.m. when I get there at 5:00 gave them time to be ready my order still wasnt done the associates act like it was no big deal that we were now going on 45 minutes and my order was not complete I did not receive an apology or anything of the sort they just took all the orders of people who walked in and then proceeded to fix my order I will not patronize this Party City again. The only reason Im giving this location 2 stars is because my initial visit to place the order was a very pleasant experience everything after turned me off.

Fair prices on Halloween costumes, no better or worse than other locations. Many many options for all kinds of decorations ranging from Halloween party to birthday party to graduation celebration or luau. Tons of cool things all year round and a GREAT place to go for school spirit week, they have entire sections divided by colour containing face paint, hair paint, beaded necklaces, hats and even morph suits for this specific reason. Even on crowded days they get through the lines quick and keep the store looking clean and organized! Highly reccomend!

The store seems to be well stocked. The problem is that its gets very unorganized and chaotic around the cash register/balloon areas when it gets busy. Need more room for customers to come in while others are waiting for balloons. When I got my balloons I was at the front door before a clerk realized that they never cut my strings. Here I am with this long trail of strings. What a mess!

Staff are pleasant, manager needs to brush up on the fact that older (small-face) $50 are in still in circulation and are NOT counterfeit. I had a nearly 40 year old bill and I (embarrassing!) was told that it was fake. I took it to the bank and got change the next day. Exactly why I dont like cash 💵

Very busy store this morning but the staff worked well together to address the customers needs and fill balloon request. I thought I would be there forever, but in no time the staff fulfilled my balloon request, checked me out, and I was on my way. Thank you Party City.

I went to party city for latex balloons, and the choices were minimal. I mean i get these are covid times, but that didnt help me prepare for graduation decorations. Also, the cashier had no idea what she was doing...

Little junky. There were no carts inside. The single employee in the aisles didnt make any contact. Didnt ask if I was finding everything okay, didnt say a word. And the store was so hot. Also why is the merchandise up so high? Theres no one ever around to help you.

Hit or miss here. Sometimes the staff is great and friendly and I am out in 5 minutes. Other times it is terrible and I am in there for 30 minutes waiting for the staff the finish personal calls.

Recently stopped in here to find some containers for office gifts. Everything was pretty well organized and tidy. I didnt have trouble finding anything at all. I did think some of the candy there was overpriced though

All costumes were marked 50% off in two difference areas. I found an opened costume package on the 50% off rack and asked the price. The employee coded the package and told me it wasn’t on sale and should have been on display in a different area. I ended up paying full price but, it seemed very odd and the employee did not offer any reduction. Maybe if the employee had at least said “I’m sorry, it’s not on sale”, but, it was not a customer friendly experience at all.

Shopping for my 50th Birthday decorations. They didnt have the gold forks that I needed. After $90 that was spent, the Retail Me Not in store coupon couldnt be used for the $5. off a purchase of $50.

I would say the inventory was good, and customer service was okay, employees didnt know as much about stock as customer! The clencher for me was when the cashier closed the register without giving me my coin change, and then asked me the customer do you want me to open the register back up to give your change? Then she didnt give me all my bags, the young man had to run out and catch me at my vehicle! It was only 2 employees at closing 7/03/2018, one Male, and the other Female! Ugggh!
