Great customer service. Went above and beyond to help with an issue I had that wasnt their problem to begin with. They picked up an issue I had at another location and fixed it for me even though they didnt have to. Turned a frustrating problem into a fix. Great customer service.
Fred was extremely helpful and knew how to stay within my budget. He answered all my questions with a calm and patient tone. He made me feel as a customer like my questions were important and not dumb. Definitely look forward to being a long time customer

The manager was extremely disrespectful. She refused to let me even look at a phone I was interested in. She wanted all my information including my license just to look at a phone. She finally walked me to a phone after refusing numerous times. The phone wasnt even charged so I could not even use it before purchasing it. I asked why the phone was not charged and her response was we dont charge them. Just an awful experience.Update: district manager finally emailed me after trying to get in contact with him and said he would discuss it with the manager. What he could have done was scheduled an appointment with me so I can see that phone in person and charged, instead of saying I will discuss it with her. He clearly has no consideration for the bad customer service I received and the time I wasted at that Metro by T-mobile.
I went here to transfer my number to a new phone. Everyone was helpful except Brian. He was rude and unhelpful. I asked for someone else to wait on me because we had questions and he was half answering. He kept saying that it was a $20 fee for something whether it worked or not. I honestly didnt understand what the $20 was for but Brian didnt seem to have the time to explain. I went to another store and got the information I needed and was told I had to go back to the Catonsville store because its a store that has a key that I needed. When I came back Brian refused to wait on me. Two other professional associates apologized and took my phone and made the process quick and easy. I definitely will be contacting corporate.
Wish I got this great customer service everyone is talking about. Girl who was working 3/3/19 was a total pud, had zero personality, and was such a poor representation of the company I went down the street to the one near rolling road to buy the same thing from some one I could respect. Go to another one or get whatever guy was working at this location today, he seemed cool and was very personable. Maybe I wouldve spent my $300 here if I got him...
Some of employees in this store knows nothing about customer service, went there to see what was going on with my phone the girl representative took my phone after I explained to her what it wasnt doing she sat my phone on the counter started eating a subway sub so everyone can see her 25 minutes later played around with it then said come back tomorrow when her boss is here she doesnt know what the problem is .
Worked with Kyle on 4/23. He helped me get the phones and plan I was looking for. He also made me aware of additional services they offered without trying to push them on me. He was knowledgeable and polite. I got everything I needed in a timely manner and was very happy with the service and selection. 5/5
Stood around while the customer service people helped some people while ignoring everyone else that came into the store. Never was greeted, asked if we needed anything....wasnt acknowledged at ALL, and when you call the store instead, since walking in doesnt help, you get no answer well after business hours. Trained monkeys could run a better retail location.
Very friendly and helpful staff! They made sure I found a phone and plan to meet my needs. I was in and out of the store with a new phone in less than an hour. I have had my phone for almost a month now and I have been happy with the service.

Nice and spacious store with a polite and attentive staff. I had an issue with my phone that I had bought at another Metropcs store and they made sure I left happy and with a warning phone. I made sure to come back here when one of my kids needed another phone.
I just called the store and asked about getting information about adding a line and before I can finish the rep rudely said you can’t add a line on the phone you have to come in. I was going to come in after I found a family plan that fits my needs. Needless to say I was completely turned off
Ghetto they need better customer service I was at the store for over 30 minutes before for some asked to help me the guy Ronald was to busy flirting with the ladys that came in and out the store .they just look at me like what ever another guy came in then all of sudden Ronald asked well in you just wanted to pay your bill you should have said something I replied Im not here to pay a phone bill I need help with my phone I have the ZTE Max pro and the problems I was having the fingerprint unlock was burning hot making my phone and hard to touch they took my phone in the back of the store laughed and said its nothing they can do they just gave me a complete run around they suck trust me try a different company

The closest Metro PCS / bill-pay center 2 me *was* the Arbitus store, wch has been moved 2 Security Square Mall..(i wsnt very happy about ths change bc i absolutely LOVE the representative Mark),BUT was fortunate enough 2 find ths store~the customer service is AWSUM! The employees are friendly + helpful..(my dh jas a hard time understanding newer smart-phnes..bit where as a lot of places/people become easily frustrated trying 2 explain thngs 2 him, these employees were SUPER patient & 4 once, we both left feeling satisfied w our purchases.
Horrible place sold me a defective phone and wont replace it stay away from metro or get ripped off I get no calls or text my phone freezes compleat junk save ur money and time they will act nice till you buy a phone then its fu

Their data plan sucks they try to act like that is unlimited its not every running slow hotspot the only give you 10 gigs and that aint nothing if you scream in movies
Their front door says they close at 8pm. I arrived at 7:38pm and they were already closed. What a waste of a drive over.
