Ive used many online and onsite presses over 25 years for printing all types of promotional materials like posters, t-shirts, letters, fliers, magnets, etc. We try our best to push the envelope on our marketing material and Eric at Minuteman really helps us with that. He is open and transparent about pricing, and he talks me through our designs to help keep cost down while maintaining the look and feel of our jobs. When weve come to him last minute, he has put in extra effort to meet our time crunch. I go to his place and he takes time to hear my ideas about future jobs, and he gives great feedback. I ask what other companies are doing and he engages. Our marketing products have reached a higher level, its like Eric is a member of our team.

Poor customer service Eric came to my place of business trying to promote his business for the company business .He gave me a price in front of other people and then when I got there he change the price.And while we was discussing what he said to me out of the blue he says I don’t wanna argue with you.Why is it when you talk to people and because they’re wrong they say I don’t wanna argue, we never had a argument we never raise their voice so I choose to keep my money in my pocket and go somewhere else.I will not support this place

Based on the reviews I thought my experience at Minute Men Press Catonsville would be great. Boy, was I wrong. Its clear Sandy goes above and beyond to try and be the rudest employee. I advise everyone to just drive the 10 extra minutes to the Columbia location.
