I like these guys. I ordered a fire pit with a snuffer lid and it was shipped to Idaho. No issues. I ordered some Adirondack chairs and I am thinking it will be good. I like the building materials used. Not like dealing with those idiots at Home Depot!! They have been great to work with. Got me the invoices I needed for my files. So far, so good.

Worth the drive.Great, low pressure experience buying a fire pit. We reached out ahead of time and we’re able to text our questions to Lori on their team. Love it when I don’t have to call.We were looking for a propane tank style fire pit like some we originally saw in Mississippi. We found Evergreen patio fire pits, which are unused propane ends that the guys in shop weld into fire pits. Exactly what we were looking for. We bought a 30” wide, deep fire pit with a lid and we LOVE IT!Price was lowest around. I priced these guys against S&S Firepits in ATL and a few other places. Evergreen Patio averages about $150 cheaper on all their fire pit sizes.They also make Adirondack chairs that sit up high, some made out of recycled poly as well as wood. We sat in a bunch in store and they were so comfortable - also designed and built in house. We’ll have to go back for one!

I bought the 30” Hemisphere Heavy Duty fire pit. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of this pit. It will last for years to come. I highly recommend this to anyone who finds themselves constantly replacing their cheaply made pit every year like I did until I found this one.

I bought a 30 firepit Im very happy with the gauge of metal its really well made. Also purchased the lid works really well at keeping dust and water out!! I live inside denver metro area and wood burn is always banned so I turned mine in to a gas fire pit! Use it all the time.

Just spent the last few nights this Memorial Day weekend firing up my new 30” fire pit from Evergreen Patio. I absolutely love this thing! So sturdy and well made. Built for the elements and will last for decades. So glad I also added the snuffer lid. After chillin around the fire, just put on the lid, and it snuffs the fire in 5-10 minutes! Amazing! No worries about sparks, smoldering coals, or drowning the fire. The lid quickly chokes out the flame with no worries. Then just leave the lid on until next time. As I said, I love this thing!

When theres a great product, the world should know about it. Alas, this is why Im writing this review. This Heavy Duty 30 Custom Metal Fire Pit Bowl is exactly as advertised, and more. Very well made, incredibly effective, this product provides a rustic look which perfectly compliments my new stone patio. The three attached photos are of the first time my friends and I sat around this fire pit for three warm and cozy hours as the sun set on a chilly Oregon evening. As we enjoyed our conversation, as well as the beauty of the dancing flames, we discovered that when tapping the rim of this large metal bowl with a piece of wood, a lovely, resonant gong sound (just like the sound produced by those meditation bowls found in Buddhist stores) was produced. A huge bonus for me...one the Evergreen Patio folks dont even tout in their advertising. * Please know that this is a real review from a real customer who is really happy with his purchase!!! Peace!

I got there a little close to them closing and they were still so accommodating. Andrew gave me all the time I needed to look around and figure out what would work best at my house. I ended up picking the oak chairs and they look fantastic on my front porch. Would easily recommend them for their high quality work and great customer service.

We recently bought the 37” fire pit, the snuffer and 6 of their poly wood chairs. Andrew was amazing to work with and do business with. Our 30-inch fire pit made it safely from Georgia to Massachusetts just in time for another snow fall. We opened the UPS box and set it up as the snowflakes were falling. I have researched fire pits for a while, reading about the popular but pricey and aesthetically unattractive smokeless pits and looking at companies such as S&S fire pits and Ohio Flame (both several hundred dollars more expensive). We are so pleased with choosing Evergreen Patio! The quality of this fire pit exceeded our expectations and the whole process was easy. We are now contemplating their Adirondack chairs to sit around the fire.

I couldnt be more happy with this pit. I did a lot of research online, Home Depot and Lowes and you cant compare the quality and style with the Evergreen pits. Also, since they were very helpful because I needed the pit as a gift for my wife for Valentines and they did everything they could to make it arrive on time although I ordered it late. Decided to drive 2 plus hours to get a fire pit. What a great decision. The fire pit is awesome and well worth the money. We ended up getting two cypress chairs as well that will be delivered. Cant wait. Anyways, we met Andrew who couldnt have been more helpful and could tell what great pride he took in his store. Definitely worth the drive.

The stuff from this place LASTS! I’ve had my poly wood chair set for years and it still looks great and works like the day I brought it home. I got a late start on trying to find a fire pit before Thanksgiving, but didnt want to buy a less well-built one. The website predicted a delivery date after Thanksgiving, but on the off chance, I contacted the company through the website. Ruth was both very cordial and helpful and said that, if I could pick it up myself in Cave Spring, I could get one this same week. Even though its a bit of a drive, I am happy to do it. I look forward to a COVID-safe Thanksgiving with my daughters and many years of enjoyment of the fire pit.

I recently purchased the Cypress High Glider as a birthday gift for my husband. We don’t usually make a big deal over birthdays, but we came to the shop and he really liked the chair. The next day, I called and described the chair to the staff and they knew immediately which one I was referring to. I paid for it over the phone within minutes AND they delivered it the next day! Placed order for a 30” fire pit 9/20, was charged full amount 9/21. Estimated ship date was 10/2 with a 10/9 delivery date. As of 10/6 still was not showing as shipped so I reached out via email and was informed that they didn’t even have the material for my order let alone have it ready for shipping. Not sure when I would have received that information if I did not initiate contact. I inquired if I upgraded to the next size up of it would ship quicker and I’ve gotten little communication back. Typically 2-3 days for a response. Website says delay is due to high demand, customer service states lack of material. Product looks nice and gets good reviews but communication with this company is terrible. Still out over $400 and no idea when I’ll receive my order.

The quality of the furniture is second to none. Had bought Adirondack chairs elsewhere last week, that got returned last night after seeing Evergreen’s quality. We have 2 Adirondack chairs, a Firepit with custom snuffer lid and a birdhouse.The workmanship, quality and customer service hands down, amazing. The store and show room offers so many varieties and other fun items.We plan on adding more to our outdoor dining area as well. I have not had to clean my chairs like other outdoor furniture. Just a light hose wash after the pollen. Low low maintenance 😁. Our birdhouse already has a blue bird family living in it.😍

Attempted to order a fire pit, after waiting a few weeks was notified that their would be a delay. I understand that delays take place especially during times like this.Tried to work with Andrew through email, would get sporadic messages and agreed on a different pit and he would bill me the extra. Waited another week with no response and no bill.Called in to their customer support and the women had no update on the change or conversation that I had with Andrew.I’m sure the quality would have been great, but the overall communication and timelines was below standard. I ended up canceling my order due to the delays and poor communication.

Products are unique and well made. Prices are below any Ive seen. Love the hometown atmosphere and keeping $$ in our local economy! We have two fire pits, two polywood gliders, four Adirondack chairs and one cypress swivel glider. Love them all!

My dad has some of the gliders and they are amazing! They are definitely built to last. I will probably order a couple for my house soon.

We absolutely love our firepit!!! It looks amazing! We expected the delivery to take longer than it did since we were told on the phone they were behind. We are very pleased with everything, other than the delivery drive left his trash on our property down the road. Very unexceptable for a company to allow that behavior. The fire pit will be amazing to enjoy, maybe the delivery drivers need to learn a few things about respect.

Updated below***So far, I have been disappointed with Evergreen Patio. It took five weeks to get our chairs and then the parts had little to no packaging. So, we have two arms with sunken edges or sink lines in the mold/form and scratches on the surface. The damage is in a position where it is fully exposed right in front of the chair. I had originally emailed customer service about the delay in shipping but I had to call a few days later to get a response. I called on Friday and left a message about the damage we found where I had sent an email with pictures the previous day -- so far I am not impressed and I am hoping customer service can help me in a timely manner.***Andrew got in contact with me and sent use some replacement parts for the damaged items. He was very apologetic and helpful. Now we have the chairs that we expected - thank you.
