Thank you Frank for the amazing customer service! Was not only able to fix my account problems that occurred online, but also was about to save me money. Not just like 20-30 bucks either. Like 50-60+$ with more benefits that I had before. Will definitely suggest to family and friends to do business with him considering he is transparent in costs (rare in commission settings), and knowledge.

Dont waste your time coming here!! They have NO phones in stock, correction 2 of the most expensive ones! They lie and tell you that they do have many, they tell you make appointment and I waited 40 minutes and then find out no phones! What a complete joke!

Im giving it a 5 because of Eric! He was the only one in the store at the time and that is understandable at this time. He worked with me while waiting on the phone for a supervisor to help his other client. He was knowledge able, professional and honest. Working with him was worth the wait. My phone had to be ordered and he let me know when I got it I could bring it in for activation. 😊

Staff wasn’t the most helpful and I couldn’t charge my account from the store??

They helped me set up a new phone. It was handled quickly and I was given an overview of the handling of it, a new Samsung.I also purchased a case for the phone.They were great to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone. They are my go-to place now.

I was having problems with 2 of my business line cell phones so I stopped in the store for some help. Kayla and Matt went above and beyond to help me get going again. Time is money and they helped me get back on track fast! Best store in the area.

I found the staff genuinely helpful and they were even willing to stay late to ensure that my phone worked properly. Im very happy with their service despite some of the other reviews I saw at this location. I would gladly come back here where they devoted their full attention to meeting my needs. I think before believing reviews, perhaps give this place a chance and see for yourself.

I walked into AT&T looking for an upgrade. The amazing duo, Kevin and Matt, were able to find a whole complete solution to fit both my wants and needs and they were very attentive and catering to my requests. Amazing staff and a well kept store. AMAZING!

Excellent customer service. They do everything they’re capable of doing for you and refer you to the resources you need for the services they cannot provide. Would recommend. Probably one of the best stores I’ve been to around here.

I just moved to Lowell and signed up for At&t internet. Biggest mistake Ive ever made. I was told two days in a row that my hardware would be showing up the day that I spoke with customer service. Both days. Nothing. Then I called for the third time. Sat on the phone for an hour just to be told that the department I need to talk to is closed. (It was open when I made the call. it took them so long to determine who I needed to talk to that they closed in the meantime) called again the next day only to be told my device MIGHT show up days from now. Im already moved in now and havent had service for over ten days. I need a internet connection for work.

They always take care of my needs, help with any issues and make good suggestions i wouldnt normally think of. Two phones in my family and we need a store nearby and they do great.

Staff interaction is important for a phone company attempting to lure customers from carriers with better service such as Verizon. This is not the case with the employees at this AT&T location. The manager was less respectful and professional than her employees and had a suprising lack of knowledge of the products and accessories available.Coming from a customer service background myself it is disappointing to see mistreatment of customers and hopefully the company will make the changes necessary to earn back the trust of its potential customers.

Kayla made switching to prepaid so easy and we got iPhones for cheap. 2 thumbs up

Absolutely horrible.Customer service is ridiculous.They forget to tell you about extra charges that youll get stuck paying.I purchased a phone and phone plan from them ONE WEEK ago and have had to not only go back twice, but Im still dealing with att trying to get charges taken off my account that I was never informed Id be getting.The assistant manager Nate, is extremely ignorant. He hung up on me TWICE while I was trying to get an account deactivated that HE told me I wouldnt be charged for. .. 3 days after I already returned it. THEY STILL HAVENT TAKEN IT OFF MY ACCOUNT.I will NEVER go back to this att store and absolutely Regret ever going there in the first place.
