Literally just called about having a service done and instantly upon asking they repeatedly hang up on me, not quite sure what to say.

I have visited twice 5 years apart. Because I vowed not to go back after my first visit. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. Was treated worse than the first time I was there. The older guy that runs the place has absolutely no customer service abilities at all. I will never gold Air again I do not recommend you going there either

Pat resurrected my Kawasaki KZ 1000 from the dead after two other shops could not figure out my issue . He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. For all the work that was Done I feel like I wasn’t charged enough. I would highly recommend GBY to anyone whether it’s ATVs dirt bikes or sport bikes that need repair!

I do not recommend for high end sportbikes. I tried to support a small local business, and I got screwed. First, I was charged $100 more (no exaggeration) for a tire I could have gotten online. When I picked up the bike, my Marchesini rim was marked, and my directional tire was on backwards. I did not give them a chance to make it right. I will just take my business elsewhere.

I would recommend you go anywhere but here. They have really bad attitudes and treat their customers like garbage
