We had a bathroom remodel and could not find a vanity mirror in the dimensions we wanted anywhere online or the big box stores. The only mirrors that were even close online were priced irrationally high. On a recommendation, I walked into Economy Glass on a Friday morning. I was immediately greeted by the gentleman in the store and told him exactly what I was looking for. I think he said whatever you need at least three times during our conversation (3 words any customer loves to hear). The entire conversation took less than five minutes. Further, the price he quoted was 1/4 of anything Id seen online.They turned the job around by the next business day and on Monday morning I left out with exactly the kind of mirror I wanted. The remodeler I had who installed it for me remarked that the mirror was very high quality, better than anything I would have gotten at a hardware store. Best customer experience Ive had in some time.

I dropped off three custom templates for a summer kitchen remodel built in 1849. I needed to have insulated glass made to match the templates. It was supposed to be “1-2 weeks” and it’s been going on 6 weeks now. Meanwhile snow is starting to fall and still no windows. Every week I’ve called for 4 weeks, and they said the same thing EVERY TIME- “I was just about to call you”. I tried calling 5 times today and no answer with “this subscriber’s mail box is full”. Very worried.I hope they are open still. I’ll be asking for my custom templates back tomorrow and going to take me business some place else.

I have made three calls to this company to get a simple window fixed. Three times I was told somebody would call me. Guess what.... No call back at all. Great service! Apparently you dont need any business even if its a small job?

I really want to like Economy Glass, theyre the only local glass place, but they dont meet their time estimates. Ive never ordered anything fancy, just single pane window glass, Ive used other glass shops in the area that turn that stuff around in hours.

Did a great job fixing a cracked window in my house. They had a little issue with the initial measurements taken. But when they got the right pere it only took 10 minutes for them to complete the repair.
