Went to the store to buy a bed after my sister recommended Kettle Moraine... WOW! The store is beautiful (and HUGE) and the staff people were super helpful. Ill be back when I redo my kitchen!

We could not be more happy with an appliance store. We have purchased multiple appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, you name it. The staff is very knowledgeable and very willing to help. They have a fantastic service center as well and stand behind their products. Highly recommend Kettle Moraine Appliance.

Worst customer service ever. Am completely redoing a kitchen and went in to purchase new appliances. No one greeted me. No one acknowledged me. No one asked if I needed help. Apparently they do not want to make money. Just awful!!!

I just bought an old house with a very small kitchen... I was nervous that I wouldnt find anything small enough to fit in my cabinet cutouts.. the staff worked with me to search dimensions on the appliances and checked back in after everything was delivered. I tell all of my friends and family to visit the store.

Not great. It’s run like a used car lot, where all of the salesman try to get your commission. Then after the sale, you are basically chopped liver. I ordered a dishwasher that never came in. I waited over a month and a half, before giving up. I ordered the same dishwasher from Home Depot and it arrived within a week.

Service department is not very helpful at all.
