Deidra at Autozone delivered extraordinary customer to myself yesterday at the CEDARTOWN auto zone, I told Deidra what I needed for both vehicles and she immediately got the starter and oil change supplies . I found out later we didn’t need the starter it was the battery for my brother vehicle and he didn’t have a way to get it and I was at the mechanic shop getting a oil change, and quess what I called Deidra and she brought the battery to me .

Battery went dead suddenly. The gentleman who jumped the car off suggested that we have AutoZone check the battery - for free. Drove straight there and the free check indicated the battery was bad. Tito was helpful and changed our battery with ease. It’s always great to have friendly service (and free). In and out in 10 minutes. Thanks AutoZone for handling this problem quickly and easily.

The worst place to work for, that sorry GM offered my wife a job, even my wife didnt have experience in auto parts the GM insisted that she would training her she worked for only 4 weeks and quick because GM never did anything besides sitting in a chair all day and every time my wife asked for help no one seems to care, but on top of that they refused to pay her last check, and Iwe had to call HR about it

Miguel was super nice and knowledgeable about my car needs. I came in because of a brake fluid issue and he helped me learn that my antifreeze was also low. If it werent for his kindness of stepping out and helping me add more brake fluid, I would have put the brake fluid in the antifreeze spot (because google wasnt specific enough about the location) and likely caused massive damage to my engine. I was able to get my car all fixed up thanks to Miguel and AutoZone.

Best place in town and always have the part on time

Ms.Kayla lefurgey assisted me in checking all of my fluids. And she also took out the time to teach me me where everything goes and explain how to check the fluids. Her service assisting me was excellent she was very professional in customer service. Because of her service I will forever be a customer to autozone.

This place saved my butt. They had the part I needed when everyone else had to order it. Thats a life saver when you have an issue on vacation.

I prefer advanceautoparts but come here because its a little more convenient at times but getting a part or checking out can be a hassle because theres really no line to get in and they dont seem to choose whos next.
