The Black family have owned Windy Point Marina for as long as Ive been coming to Ground Lake and that has be over 30 Years. You will not find better people to do business with.BEWARE ! Windy point Marine is for sale and the man that makes it such a great place to go to is leaving. NOT GOOD !!!!!!!!!!! Will keep you up to date regarding Chuck Blacks new Marina on Grand Lake,
