We have had the best treatment and service! The staff is outstanding and willing to answer all questions. This is a high-stress job and they handle it with grace and knowledge. Their kindness is greatly appreciated and we hope it gets returned!
*Walmart pharmacy: Please post when you are closed for lunch online!!!* I was told to come back in 20 minutes only to stand in front of closed doors.Weve always had a good experience with getting our childs allergy meds filled at this location. Wish they had a drive thru though. Always call ahead or use the text system to make sure your order is ready, to avoid standing in line unnecessarily. This is a busy pharmacy and its best to plan ahead. Curbside pick up is available and works if youd rather wait in the car.
We used to get all our meds at Wal-Mart but they started being out of common meds n wed have to come back later in a few days. That got old fast when they asked me to come back again n get the rest so we went to mail order pharmacy. Recently due to change in insurance we went back to Wal-Mart n they havent changed a bit. Always out of meds or ones we used to get their supplier doesnt carry
My husband has been getting his meds through Walmart for two years. Every time he goes to pick up his meds they either say “We don’t have them” or “we threw them out because it’s been longer than 10 days since you had to pick them up.” He has never waited 10 days to pick them up and they are like McDonalds ice cream machine with prescriptions (they never have them). Did Walmart just give up on customer service? We try to avoid Walmart at all costs except for the prescriptions because they are so cheap. Looks like we should start looking for other places that provides cheaper prescriptions.
25% chance of working with someone who doesn’t hate their life at that moment. Pharmacists themselves seem nice and helpful, techs always looks absolutely miserable and usually pretty rude in person and on the phone.100% chance of standing in a line of 5 or more people while 1 pick up lane is open. Currently waiting in line writing this review - I had to use the “forgot my google password” and we have still only moved 1 person in a line of a dozen.
This place needs a drive through pick up.
Great customer service.
Staff is excellent. But, They damn sure need a drive through. This issue is a MAJOR DISSERVICE to Pharmacy Customers.
Always a long wait and never have seen a pharmacy mess up like this one . Always say scripts werent sent even though drs have sent multiple times .
Gave one star because most of the people who work in the pharmacy are straight up rude even if you are extra nice to them they talk to you so disrespectful
