Well to be fair right now with the difficulty of finding a pistol you want /like thats in stock is not easy. Pretty much everyone has little to nothing and yes the pistol I purchased here I felt was about 30 dollars over what Ive seen but when it comes in stock whose to say the price is not going to be higher. I had no problem with the guys there, I went in knowing what I wanted and they had it. I would give them 5 stars but I do think the price was some over market.

Staff was friendly helped me by giving me the info I needed to appeal being denied buying a gun. Gave me info for a ccw thru someone else since they canceled theres . Now that I have my gun helped me get the right accessories for my gun needs even tho I didnt buy my gun thru them .they have a decent range and low membership price

Ladies, you will be comfortable here!! As an experienced female gun owner it is hard not to get anxiety about going into a new gun store. Its always the same little lady comments and assumptions that they can sell you anything or even worse, that you know nothing. Im happy to say that this IS NOT the case here! Doug, the owner, was so kind to me and never made me feel unwelcome. He actually encouraged me that there are more female gun owners than it seems and was really positive about female CC holders! Aside from all of that, the range is well maintained and climate controlled. The store selection is excellent and the ammo prices are competitive. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on!

Great selection of guns and accessories. Good prices. Have an indoor range and gun rental that is cheap to use. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Was very rude. Walked in to look around was constantly followed by employees felt very uncomfortable. Not a place I would want to spend my money and I will never return.

Rude staff. Not helpful. Will not spend anymore of our money there.

I drove 1 hour to Grand Lake Guns after calling them if they have a brand new Glock 19 Gen 4. (with all new accessories). It took them a few minutes to check and they said it was $529. I drive 1 hour to get there and guess what? The Glock was around $650+. I wasted 2 hours driving just to get there to be told a huge lie. Waste of time. Staff members were also pretty rude, although I was very polite to them. Absolutely no respect.

I see a lot of mixed reviews. All I have to really go on is my experience. I took my son and brother in law to look around and price my sons first firearm. I said hello to the staff and was greeted with silence. The prices vary greatly. There were some good deals. And some not so good deals. I dont know if I got the c squad or maybe I need to be a regular and spend money to have someone greet me. Thats how it felt at least. Hopefully it was just a fluke. I will be going back and will edit my review accordingly.

Staff is not friendly and helpful. Prices are too high. If you are a women or first time gun owner- dont go here!! Prices are $100-200 high on every gun they have.

What a gun shop should be, friendly, knowledgable staff. Great prices, good ammo selection and large selection of guns if they dont have it they can get it. Great selection of primers/powders/and Bullets.One of the best indoor ranges in Ohio. Movable backer system with any distance out to 25 yards.

Staff is the best! They have a great selection on guns and realistic prices. They have a great range for a day of shooting.

Awesome gun shop & range. I went there last week and shot at the range which was very nice. Spoke with an old timer employee for a while afterwards, looked at a lot of pistols. Prices are very competitive. Bought some 22LR ammo. I highly recommend this shop & range. A wonderful experience.

Nice shop with a cleaned up range since the new ownership took over. Theyre doing good things with this place and you can tell they take pride in it.

Very reasonable membership and range fees. Go there a couple times a tear in the winter when I cant just shoot outside.

They are quite indifferent towards their customers and could really learn a lesson when it comes to quality customer service. They also like to charge more on their guns then what they are actually worth. I will not ever purchase a firearm here again

Prices on guns are a little high but the shooting range is pretty nice. Small caliber handguns only and manual target movement, but overall a decent place to shoot if you arent looking for anything fancy

Guys working here are friendly and you can tell they have loyal customers as there are always guys in there shootin the $#it! ha!Pistol prices are a little higher than other shops and online-not a huge selection, but Im sure they can get whatever. Good amount of rifles, shotguns, AR guns...Im not sure if they dicker--Ive never bought a gun there. Good selection of ammo, even during the drought, lots of parts, supplies & accessories too. Ive bought a couple holsters and ammo there basically.This place has an indoor gun range--but I think for pistols only...low powered rifles (22...)check it out if youre in the area

Helped me and my wife pick out pistols and let us range shoot a few so we knew what we liked.very nice and helpful.will go back for next gun!
