Ferrelgas is Price gouging. Had 200 gallons delivered on celina November 3 2021. Cost $685. Charged 3.02 a gallon. I called other local companies and tbey are only charging 2.24 yo 2.29 a gallon. I called and asked how tbey could do people that way they basically just said have a good day. Been a customer for years wont use tbem again. Shop around before aski g these people to fill your tank. I wished I had.

My friend uses this gas company. She called last Thursday morning at 7:30 to have her tank filled, it was at 22%. As of today, Wednesday, they still have not filled her tank. She is a single mom with 2 boys, and now NO PROPANE!!! She has been trying to talk to someone since last night. Its now after 5pm and she still hasnt been able to talk to anyone and her tank is still empty! Freezing weather out. How can a company treat their customers like this???? Id give a negative 5 rating if I could. We are now trying to find ways to keep her and her boys warm (because they dont want to leave their house) and her pipes from freezing!!!!!

I call and got a quote for propane for a 100# tank. $1.78 The lady in Celina tells me. So I buy a heater line 2 100# tanks. Go to fill them up and get charged $3.08 per gallon. Double!!!Was told that what we charge for those tanks.Did I miss something? I called and ask I guess they like gouging customers. Not saving any money now!
