Amazing prices for their services

Angel & Andy were amazing to work with! I upgraded my phone to the Galaxy S10 and they answered all of my questions, transferred all of my apps & data and got me setup with all the accessories. I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful they both were!!! I will definitely be back and I recommend this store to everyone I know!!!

To get the last 3 stars, it would have to involve hiring individuals that see customer service as their way of making a pay check. When I was there, there were 2 girls and one guy that sounded dead when he talked. They were not able to answer my questions and when I asked about features of the phone he started to set items up and in doing so gave my phone spam that was relentless. I want to feel appreciated as a customer!

Rude associate . I had to switch because theyre service range is next to nothing. I couldnt even get service in my own house. When I asked why I wasnt able to make/receive calls and messages they said they didnt know and that they dont guarantee service so I switched and they wouldnt give me a prorated refund. Company is a total rip off. My bill always went up on an unlimited plan . Im surprised this company is still standing because theyre just as shady as they were when they first opened

Cant say enough about the professionalism, helpfulness and expertise Sue offered on our recent visit to Cricket - she upgraded our plan SAVING us money - enabled my kids cellphone and helped her set everything up, answered every question we had and remained patient and kind throughout. Incredible service. Thank you Sue!!

Same guys from the Pierce and Coal Mine store that closed. Gossip Central and dont do their jobs. Dont be surprised if you have to come back multiple times cuz they are messing up your account!! Save yourself and make the drive to another Cricket... Trust me the drive is worth saving yourself the frustration.

The employees at this store especially the 2 women who typically work together are rude and unwilling to go out if their way or speak with respect to customers...

Store was clean, friendly atmosphere and the employees were cool. They answered all of my questions and walked me through everything I needed to know about my new phone. They dont have a big selection of accessories though.

Helpful tips for phones...yet for 64 its double the price around 700 to 750.

DDC Wireless is Simply Awesome! The owner Mr Andy Chan is a very hardworking guy who focus on 100% customer satisfaction!! His employees, especially Abdi and Steve are also very friendly people!!! And lastly, I love Cricket for their services as well as the prices on the phone sets and the plans!!!!

From the moment I walked into the store, the unpleasant female associate was less than friendly and greeted me with a what do you want attitude. Already knowing which phone and which plan I wanted, I expected this to be a simple and pleasant transaction, instead I was met with nothing less than attitude and nowhere near the customer service I would expect from any business establishment. When I told her what I wanted, she sharply spewed the misinformation that the option I was looking at was a port-in only deal, which was not the case and I told her that. I even pulled up the ad to show her and explained to her that while the iphones do have a port in requirement, the phone I wanted didnt- her response was snappy, rude, arguementative and ultimately cost Cricket my business. What is even more appauling is the owner actually sat there and watched this disrespectful interaction occur without any corrective comments or concern for me as the customer. The fact that the employees in this store arent aware of the current promotions their company is running is laughable at best, and their customer service is the worst I have ever received- especially when going to purchase a cellphone with an MSRP of $700+. Horribly disappointing.added in response to the owners reply; I personally will NEVER be returning to your store- as a matter of fact, Cricket Wireless lost my business because you as an authorized retailer knows nothing about the company you sell products for nor provide any basic customer service for that matter. Hopefully this feedback gives you and your staff the motivation to learn and utilize some interpersonal skills if not for your own benefit, for the sake of your business.
