Highly recommend this company! After receiving a notice from my HOA that my house needed to be painted, I contacted Metropolitan Group and Troy handled everything which included new paint (at which time I discovered I also needed a new roof). Troy was fabulous to work with and saw to it that his crews went above and beyond to get the job done and get it done to my satisfaction (Im kind of a perfectionist) and it became obvious that Troy is also! I couldnt be happier with the work that was done and completed in a timely manner! This is the company to contact for any exterior work you need done...my house looks fabulous!

We recently had new roofs put on our homes and had them painted as well. Troy and his crew were great to work with. The efficiency and speed of the roofing crew was amazing and the painters took their time and paid close attention to detail. Troy King President of the Metropolitan Groups came out to our home and assessed the damage that was done to our house after a terrible hail storm. Troy pointed out that not only was our roof damaged but the siding and AC as well. He interceded on our behalf to our insurance company and got us the largest settlement I have ever received.I was very impressed with his professionalism and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

I’m tired of hearing from Metropolitan Group. Whenever there is even the slightest storm in my area someone from this company reaches out and tries to get my family to do an insurance claim for our roof. Biggest mistake was choosing them because they will be at your door or calling you or emailing you to get a claim going. Nothing is wrong with my roof and I’m more than capable of reaching out should there be damage. I’m tired of the harassment and will go with someone local because they just can’t seem to leave people alone.

Great job replacing our roof in one day. The team they have picked up after themselves and they were very friendly whenever I needed to step outside. Daniel was always easy to contact whenever I had questions. Glad I decided to choose them for my roof repair.

Great people. I had a storm that tore apart my roof. We literally had water pouring in. Daniel got on top of the roof and helped cover everything. He then explained how the insurance process worked and that they could take care of the claim process. They put a new roof on in one day and we were back to normal. Very well organized and stuck to their word the entire time.

What a great company ! Came by 45 days before we were selling the home as hail/ wind damage had hit our Northglenn. Told them give me a card - if I sell the and it needs a roof might call them. Listed the home and after the buyers inspection needed a new roof. New roof had to be done by 7/31 - day of closing. Called Dan King in a panic due to timing - he remembered me and was there the next day to bid the home. State Farm was there the following day - got there approval on the bid. Metro then pulled a crew off a job in the Springs to complete our roof that Wed. and finished in 1 day. Inspected by the City the next - closed on the home the following. Troy and Dan are the best to work with and their work was excellent. Customer service, professionalism and workmanship are A++ with this company.

A storm ripped our roof to shreds. The damage was so bad, we were missing shingles. Troy ensured me that our roof would get repaired quickly and thats exactly what happened.
