Thank was my second experience with Middle Country Automotive. I brought my first Mustang to them and was impressed with the speed and competent worked performed. I was so impressed the following day I brought my wife’ 2007 Mustang to have the tires balanced and to check the shock absorbers. Within an hour the tires were balanced and Jeremy explained what was needed for a better ride.I appreciated the explanation, and will bring the car back this week for the much needed repairs.I’ve finally found my mechanic shop!

2,300 last year for front end to get inspection. This year 1,900 for transmission work. Told I needed a front end for inspection one year later. Ran out with my keys. One week later my transmission crapped out. New mechanic said I got hosed. Needed new one not a couple parts. Never again. Ill get a bike next

I always feel confident that Im getting absolutely the best work done on my vehicles. Its a great feeling walking away knowing that you were treated fairly and truly valued as a customer.

Stopped by as soon as I noticed a screeching sound everytime I brake. They told me my brakes need to be replaced and my rotors were also broken along with other issues. When I asked how much it would cost to repair just the brakes and motors, the guy took out a calculator and told me $800. Apparently its $600 for the brakes on a 2007 Honda Civic and $200 for the rotors (dude whipped out a calculator to do 200+600 but thats beside the point).I went to another automotive shop to get a second opinion and was told that my brake pads were a just little worn out and the rotors are fine and it costed $175 total. If you do end up going here and they tell you that multiple things are wrong with your car, always get a second opinion. Also, do not trust their prices if it seems overly expensive.

I took my vehicle here hours AFTER I was disgusted to receive an estimate from another company that I just knew wanted wayyyyy too much $ (over twice what I ended up paying Jeremy) for things that my car did not even need! From this point forward, I think I will ONLY bring my vehicle to Jeremy. He not only fixed my car, he fixed it to better than brand new from an air conditioning standpoint. Jeremy also fixed it to literally the penny of his estimate AND in less than a half a day. Also, Jeremy EXPLAINED everything that was wrong with the car to me in a way that I completely understood BEFORE he did any work. I simply CANNOT say enough about Jeremy and Maria. This is the FIRST review I have EVER given any company, as no company, car or otherwise, has made such a huge first impression on me. Easy to schedule an appointment, was able to confirm through texts and also get a reminder. When I went for my appt I was in and out in 20 minutes or less. No one tried to upsell me or get me to do or pay more, and I was very happy with the service.

I thought I was losing my eyesight, but a check of my headlight lens showed they were stained badly. I spoke to my buddy Joe and he told me of a new service of restoring the lenses. I tried it and it woked great! I dont need glasses. Thanks Joe and the staff of MCA 2.
