This store over the past 2 years has made a come back, prior to what I assume was new management I couldn’t even walk into this store. Now there is a manager there that I’ve known for a couple years now named Isabella, what a sweetheart, she could have 6 people in the store and she makes sure to assist every person that’s in there and she is just amazing with knowledge that she is. The team backing Isabella is amazing as well, always friendly and welcoming as soon as I walk thru the door. I get texts and calls from them all the time and I love it. Very clean store and very organized. Props to this manager for turning around a store into something truly special and an enjoyable experience. You have a happy customer here and I know there is more out there.

I love this store! They have a lot of products. A very nice girl helped me and answered my questions about bleaching my hair. All the products the recommended worked and now my hair is a beautiful color that I couldve never achieved without help! I highly recommend this location

I dont whats going on with their hair dye lately I dunno if its just old but its been all clumpy and doesnt dye at all.. its not my hair cause I ended up buying some eles where and it dyed it fine! Plus Ive talked with other people who are having the same problem, called up sallys and they can care less! Nice huh..

Great selection of products. They had everything I went in for plus I got 20% off my entire offer from the coupon that was sent to me in the mail. The only reason I only gave 4 stars insted of 5 is because the young lady who wrang me up made me feel rushed. I really hate that.

After waiting at the front counter for 5 minutes to check out, the one employee finally came out from the isles with her customer and she complelty disregarded me standing there with my products ON THE COUNTER and took her customer first. I dont know if the other dude in there was her boyfriend or a coworker that wasnt willing to help. But I will not be returning here. Terrible customer service.
