Raquel and the team at King Services did an excellent job on the design and remodeling of our main bathroom. The remodeling was done quickly and efficiently. Beautiful job!

We were preparing to re-do a 600+ sqft. of floor and I was starting to get frustrated because in shopping around at the major home improvement stores and big name tile places we were not finding anything that we liked or that was going to fit our budget. Then we decided to check out The Tile Store and Remodeling, by King Services. Upon entry, it seemed like a small shop and I didnt get my hopes up, but in hindsight Im so happy that we gave it a shot.Manuel listened to our situation and the type of style we were looking for and began pulling out sample after sample for us to view. I was so impressed by the selection he was able to show us and appreciated his patience with us. He allowed us to take home several samples to view in our space, which was very helpful. We found one that we liked, which we had also seen at another store for less. We really wanted to purchase though him because hed already impressed us so much. We explained this to him and were thrilled when he was able to match their price! He and his team even went out of their way to get the tiles delivered to us, which was super helpful.And now that our new floor has been installed (by our contractor) we truly couldnt be any happier. A huge thanks to Manuel for all of his help!

I have had this company re build my laundry room and now they are doing my kitchen. They will be doing my bathroom in July. These are the nicest most honest people I ever met and have had the pleasure of working with. The work they do is outstanding. My laundry room came out beautiful and my kitchen is to die for. They are always on time and they clean up the entire area when they are done every day. If you dont call and meet with Raquel you are missing out on a wonderful experience and some of the best work I have ever seen. I cant wait until its complete to enjoy my beautiful new kitchen!!! I like this store. It’s small but packed full of high quality merchandise. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy and happy to serve you patiently. I purchased floor tile for my entry area, a kitchen and a bathroom. I also upgraded two vanity countertops in two bathrooms. The installation went without issue. The crews worked very cleanly and efficiently. All outcomes came out beautifully. Attention to detail. I would use this store again without hesitation.

We were amazed at the sheer amount of so beautiful, modern tiles. The staff are very friendly and professional. The lady helped us with the order, because our tiles were not in the showroom, it was a special order. Our tiles arrived on time even though it was ordered from California. We receive a phone call when our tiles arrived at the showroom. Recommended to anyone looking for something unusual and beautiful.

What a great place to find what you need for any tile job. When my customer was frustrated for not finding what she wanted at other stores, I recommended her to stop by this store since I got a recommendation from a contractor friend. Tile store and remodeling is located in a small shopping center on Middle Country Rd from the big tile shops, so its easy to miss. If you come down to this area, do not buy your tile without at least checking this place out first. Great customer service and high quality products.

I chose this company to remodel my kitchen because they were the most responsive and flexible company that I reached out.The delivery and installation process went smoothly with a few unexpected challenges but these were quickly and painlessly solved. Awesome experience! Don’t be fooled by the small showroom this place has it all. I stopped by looking for bath tile and ended up getting almost everything I need for a full bathroom remodel. Raquel was amazing. She offered expert advice and views I haven’t considered and it turned out great!!! and for much less than I thought I would spend.

I stopped by the showroom last weekend. I found out this place on the way to Mc Donald. Outside you will think it is small but when you get in, you will feel surprise. They have many stuffs and have a big selection of tile, mosaics and stone. Price is affordable and according your budget. The customer service is great! Highly recommended!

We visited the store last week and even though is not big as others, They have a huge selection in tiles, cabinets, shower doors and so on. The 3D tile is geourges, the salesperson is very helpful and in my opinion She is the best. We already bought the tiles and Thank God they also offer the installation which is a plus for us. So far, a good experience ;) King Services, here youll have a loyal customer. Highly recommended!

Our decision to renovate 15yr old bathroom was not an easy start, to say the least.My husband & I had the best customer service ever.They are very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. The design was very efficient, practical and within our budget!All the installers (Angel, Carlos, Delmer.... just naming a few) together with the very knowledgeable project manager (Raquel) worked until late hours to make sure our bathroom was completed before we went away for the holidays last week.We are highly satisfied with our new and specious bathroom and we are looking forward to our next project (kitchen).Our whole experience has been very pleasant and we would definitely recommend your company to all our neighbours, friends and family.

Great things come in small packages! Even though they are in a smaller showroom located in a shopping center, their selection of materials is first class! We are in the process of completing our kitchen remodel with a modern glass tile backsplash. After shopping around and visiting other tile showrooms around Suffolk, we are so happy and glad that we found Tile Store and Remodeling in Centereach! We cant say enough about their service. The Showroom on Centereach “Tile Store and Remodeling” is a little easy to miss as you drive around, but I recommend you to make the effort to stop by in. You will not regret it.

They were very nice and even tho I didnt have a huge or expensive order they treated me very nice. They were very helpful and offered great suggestions. I also want this edge tile and had it save it on my phone, and they found the exact one thru their venders. I also bought the grout from them and they took their time on help me. Thank you guys!
