My wife and I got balls... and bags. I have very big hands, and they set everything up perfectly. Even set me up to try out the ball when we picked it up to make sure it had the perfect fit. He made adjustments just as I asked even tho I asked for like 100 small adjustments. Lol. We had our new balls and everything very quickly.
