I went in for a quick question regarding a new plan/upgrade. I spoke to Rich and he informed me of the new details of a plan I was interested in as well as the possibility of getting a bigger discount through ATT. Rich let me know that he would find out and would call me back within a few hours if he could get the upgrade and discount I desired. A few hours later I got the call from Rich and he was able to get the discount on the plan I wanted, and couldn’t have been happier about it. Great Service.
