Not sure if she is the Owner or Manager, but shes super nice and knows the tradition of making excellent, Shakes,Sundaes and our favorite, Carvellanches.

The owners are super friendly and they make their ice cream to perfection they add just the right amount of toppings and don’t skimp out, a lot of the other Carvel I’ve been to just put the syrup on the side of the cup for Sundae Dashers and this Carvel is the only Carvel I trust to do it right and actually layer the syrup in the cup. Prices are fine for what you get! Definitely always be a regular customer as long as they keep up the good work and friendliness!

Who doesnt love ice cream?? During last weeks heat wave I had a craving for something sweet. Reeses peanut butter cup, chocolate crunchies and soft serve vanilla ice cream hit the spot! Sweet tooth: satisfied.

The BEST Carvel I have ever been to! The soft or frozen cones are the ABSOLUTE BIGGEST and best tasting ice cream out of all the Carvels I have been to in many decades! Go there and see! BIIIIIIG! Excellent!

Carvel in Centereach is by far the best Carvel around. Super-friendly owners and they dont overcharge for every little thing and they actually fill your cups all the way!

As always this Carvel located in Centereach is awesome. Icecream is always delicious and even when you go on wednesday for the buy one get one free icecream the jumbo cup it comes in is always filled right to the top. All in all the absolute best Carvel around. If you buy an occasion cake from this Carvel you will be hooked for life. The owners are extra nice.

I ordered a picture birthday cake for my sons birthday and came out great! Plus the lady was helpful and gave my son a free ice cream because it was his birthday. Love it there!

There was only one person ahead of me, they kept to social distancing standards, everyone had a mask on. Everyone was friendly, the staff is great and the ice cream is delicious 😃

I love Carvel and the ice cream cookie I love at home.There was a change that to me hurt you. The change was going from a soft well made and tasting chocolate chip cookie to a cheap mass produced hard cookie. Killed flavor/taste. Buying some place else

This place is awesome! The guys here are great traffic gets busy but they pump the orders out. Also give larger sizes than any other Carvel.

Awesome! 6 soft-serve flavors on tap! (For example, choc, van, mint, pistachio, Nutella, and raspberry when I was there.) PLUS: a White Castle right next door! It just doesnt get any better for guilty pleasures.

The guys there are great! They are efficient and generous and the ice cream always tastes great. Definitely better than the Selden one, thats for sure.

No customer service skills. Bought a sundae and asked for a second cup to share with someone and they refused. Even made a big deal about me taking a spoon. Asians are so cheap. Was a rude woman

Its a nice carvel, the guys are nice and gentle here you can find allot of flavor and allot of choices cocky, cones cakes ecc ecc. The size are bigger than others stores. They are open to late in this way you can get ice cream any time that you like. They have a big parking right next to the store and is right on the main street. Enjoy the ice cream

I ordered a large birthday cake for my daughter. I was very specific but asked for them to take a creative twist but really wanted it to be beautiful. I also personalized the flavors (pistachio soft serve and vanilla crunchies...it was delicious). Not only was the cake delicious but it was the most beautiful cake ever. I will order from here for every occasion. No other carvel puts in so much effort to make such a beautiful cake. I did a little mermaid theme, but they added so many under the sea decorations and I wish I had a picture to share bc it looked as though it had come from a professional cake bakery. Do yourself a favor and go here!!! You won’t be disappointed

This location is great, fast, friendly service, its clean and they are generous with the toppings. I live in the next town over and there is a Carvel closer but I always go to this location.
