Along with the 100% total professionalism it honestly felt as though I had a brother in the business! An example would be something like winning a mountain bike but not having anywhere to put it in a small apartment and calling a brother who simply says “OK, Leave it here”! Extra Space Storage has easy outdoor access to units. It is meticulously clean. The manager was friendly, professional and helpful. You can rent on line. Check on line for promotions. Not inexpensive but not overproced.

Clean, secure, easy transaction rented on on line was able to access immediately. Very happy now and will remain that way as long as costs dont increase

Had a unit here for 6 years. Matt was a great manager and we had a great experience with him. Always called with friendly reminders about payments and helped out when we lost our key. Awesome people.

Arrived around 11am today and the counter clerk was very friendly. Knew what he was doing and in a timely matter.

No one bothered me, completely contactless, key available for pickup after office closed, no access after 10pm makes me feel safer, lock given was sturdy, theres an elevator and climate control, and they have push carts available (even after office hours).Big plus, my unit was tall! Able to stack things upwards. The units do have cracks at the top (not even close to air tight), so anything scented could potentially muck up the place, but when I had a unit here, my floor mostly smelled like dust - which for a storage unit, is pretty clean! Lol

Worst company ever. I was a loyal customer for years but got fed up with their games. For being a loyal customer they awarded me worth paying literally almost double for my unit than a new costumer. Raised my rent all the way to $295 when they are offering the same unit for $155. Really??? In the winter they took their time removing snow from the door on my unit. I came a week after snowfall to see snow piled up on my door so I couldnt get in. Meanwhile the employees were sitting down in the office. Horrible all around. Would never do business with them again. Moving out asap.

Indoor 10 x 20 unit climate controlled was great. After eight months everything came out the way it went in. As long as you remember your entry code it’s easy in and out. Security camera on the hall.

Will never use them again they put the rate up from 80 bucks to 120 bucks for a tiny unit.. can’t drop off my pod to unload my stuff now I have to rent a truck pay someone to help unload everything pay for the truck and pay someone to unload it.. other storage units let you drop off a pod as long as it’s moved 48 hours later! Wish I would have known this would not have used them! Plus it’s supposed to be climate controlled it’s colder in there then it is outside and you can only get to your stuff till 10 pm most places are 24 hours.

I absolutely loved the customer service at this location. The store manager Matt was amazing and has a wonderful personality. He answered every question and concern I could have before signing a contract. I am extremely happy to have visited this location prior to choosing a place to store my belongings.

We arrived prior to office opening and Matt showed up on time with a smile and extremely friendly for a Monday morning. Probably would have brought coffee for us if he knew how we liked it.Explained the whole process thoroughly, gave us the tour of the facility and our unit, went through all the paper work (all electronic), we paid and were done.Painless and quick from start to finish and Matt made it all very easy.Facility is clean, well kept, has many useful supplies, and easy access.I recommend this place. Very clean and professionally run. Mat took us around and patiently allowed us to decide which unit we wanted with absolutely no pressure. Phone app allows us to enter and exit without need for key pad. Thumbs up.

I drove up went inside and spoke with the MANAGER MATT. We spoke and he asked me some questions and then he took me to one of the units. And there he asked me more questions. At that point we went back to the office he worked out the Numbers and availability and he gave me his Business card. We just got into town from a long drive up from Florida, so glad these guys were open on Labor Day. We called ahead of time for a quote - we came in, saw the unit, and signed everything in less than 30 minutes! Matt was informative, transparent, personable, and best of all - super quick. Im a first-time storage unit renter, so my experience is limited but I cant imagine theres a better facility for a better price. All storage units are probably essentially the same but I assume that most management and customer service experiences are not, and that is where this facility shines, in my opinion. We did all our business with Matt, who was very patient and kind (and funny) with us and all of our silly questions. It was super easy and comfortable setting up our contract and space with his help. ExtraSpace has been extremely convenient. Matt was very helpful in getting me setup and acquainted with the facility. The facility is very clean and accessible. There are only two floors in the building, making it very easy to navigate as well.

This is a very well-maintained storage facility inside and out. Matt was so helpful and extremely professional. For me and my daughter, an unexpected move made for a particularly stressful time and finding a clean and safe place to store our possessions was very important. We used the facility truck which was clean and everything (including the a/c) was in working order! Awesome Experience! We are so happy to have the Extra-Space we needed.

This was my first experience renting a storage Unit and it was flawless. Everything was as advertised. No hidden fees, and no sales tactics when we went to sign the lease. The price was very competitive, it was at least $40 cheaper than its closest competitor. John was very helpful and polite. I recommend 100%!!

I stored the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment in a 10x10 unit. The facility is immaculate. I never experienced a problem with Access, parking or office help. Matt (in particular) has been extraordinarily concerned and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

The place was clean, very convenient and easily accessible. We rented a small unit for about 5 months and it was perfect. I checked out some other places and saw dark, dirty, not convenient to get to, overpriced, reports of theft, etc... This place was great and I just cant say enough about the friendly staff always so happy to answer any questions and to help you with a smile which is very rare these days!! There was not any weird stipulations in their contact, very straight forward. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again in a heartbeat if I need to. Thanks for the great service!
