Sadly..longest shipping out of all the supply houses. Sallys beats there time. I only use it because of the redken.the staff is great. The company is a bit behind.

I think this place is pretty good. They have always been very helpful. I read some of the negative reviews on this and I wonder if the people leaving them have ever been to cosmetology school. It seems to me that they should know how to use the color, and it is a supply store, not a salon, so they are not responsible for user error.

Would have been nice if it said anywhere online that its for licensed professionals only. I wasted my time and fuel to come pick up supplies from a store that wont serve me.

I went in wanting a ultra blonde which I ask one of the lady to help me with, she told it had a purple base but would work... I have blue hair now.. when I went in all they could say is we don’t do refund and they don’t give supplies to fix it and the manager was on vacation.. I thought a manager had to be on duty all the time..I am not thrilled with them and if you buy hair color don’t ask them I don’t think the have licenses for your needs..

The friendliest staff of any beauty supply store i’ve been to. only negatives are that so many times things i need are not in stock, and the registers go really slow.
