I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to see what e-bikes they have at this location. I wasnt completely sure what bike would be best for me. They put an Electra Townie together for me and I returned a few days later to take it for a test ride. I immediately knew it was perfect. My first ride after I bought it was in a cross wind but it was still the best bike ride Ive ever been on. I never stopped pedaling for a solid ten miles. That says a lot because I need to get back in shape. They really took great care of me.

Store has really great service. I brought my new bike in last week with what I thought was a bottom bracket creak. The mechanic explained to me that they first had to start with greasing the pivots and charge me a fee for creek diagnosis. Being from Ogden it was nice that he immediately started working on it so I didnt have to drive back down. Plus I was able to get my bike back right away so I could keep coaching with the highschool team. This quick turn around was done without me even asking. The mechanic almost got rid of the creak completely by greasing some of the bolts but it still creaked a little bit. He said that few other bolts would need to be greased. I asked about doing it myself as I work on cars all the time and he said I could. He told me about the specific torque pattern and how one bolt was a left hand thread. Not only that but went one step further and printed a paper out for me with the torque pattern. I appreciated him teaching me about this, and going above and beyond.

Trek Bicycle Centerville representatives were both knowledgeable and great to work with. The rebuild of my Trek Domane was as expected and the technician took the time to explain rebuild specifics. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Centerville to anyone wanting to purchase or service a bicycle. A+

This is hands down the best bike shop Ive ever worked with. Given the short supply of new bikes on the market right now I decided to rebuild my old mountain bike. They helped me decide on what parts I would need, ordered them, and put the bike back together. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to get everything ordered and put back together. It was a huge upgrade for my old bike and it rides great, better than new!

I had to have my shock rebuilt they got in done in a hour and they have great service. Definitely go there again.

Trek Centerville was very accommodating to my needs. I was driving through Utah (heading home to Idaho) and called the previous day to see if they could prepare a bike for purchase so that I could pick it up on the way home (and surprise my wife). The store was short handed the day of my travels (only one worker available due to illness of employees), yet he kept the store open until I arrived so we could complete the transaction. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife loves her bike (Roscoe 7), a perfect upgrade from her hybrid bike that now enables her to ride on trails with a greater degree of confidence.

There are closer Trek stores to me but I commute to this location because of the staff, service and environment here! I 100% agree with another reviewer that these folks have mastered customer service. This is the trek store for my family and me!

Turn around time and technician skill was excellent!

I went in because I needed parts to install a baby seat on my trek bike. I was super happy to have a store so close by. I needed a specialty clip. When the guy said it was a special order part I immediately thought it would be very expensive. It wasnt, it was only $12. He told me the labor to have it installed was $25. I decided to have them do it. In between my order and my parts coming in I asked my ex if he thought he could do it, to save me $25. My ex agreed to do it for me. When I went to pick up the parts I told them my ex was going to install it for me. They insisted on doing it for me, ON THE SPOT, FOR FREE, to make sure it was safe for my little guy. I was blown away! They did it right there even though it took until after the store was closed to complete. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! Keep up the great service!

I needed a pair if bike shorts. They ordered them in for me in multiple sizes, called and texted me when they were in stock and were super friendly. The store is clean and pleasant. Highly recommend.

This might very well be the best bike shop on the planet! It is without question the best Trek shop in Utah! I defy anyone to find a better one along the Rockies. Im hard on bike shops. No Im a stickler on bike shops. I have been to most of them from Ogden on down to Cedar City. The young men, and women that work here. Are about as upright, and honest as they come. They deserve all the praise in the World for their downright mastery of customer service. I will be buying my bikes here from now on. A customer for life you have gained in me. Im offended theres any blemish on Google. This is a 5 star company hands down. I cant imagine they treated me any differently than any one else. Let me show you what they did.A picture is worth a thousand words.Therefore I couldve said nothing, and shown these...Need I say more?Notice there is no labor charge? They took that off due to a simple miscommunication. Like I said they have mastered customer service.

This is the best bike shop out there. They have done a great job at taking a crummy situation from another shop (Fixing their screw ups), and making it better. I feel like I have made great friends here, and my dog is genuinely happy when we pull up to the this location. Lifelong customer, no matter the situation anymore. Great staff!! Staff assessed my bike and gave me recommendations on what needed to be fixed. They upgraded a part of me after UPS couldn’t get the part in on time. I was happy to get my bike back for the weekend.

The folks at Trek Bicycle Centerville are the most customer focused individuals that Ive ever met in any bicycle shop or any retail shop, period! The store manager, Lindsey, went completely out of her way to find the specific bike that I was looking for, in my size. She reached out across the US to find the bike in my size and she ended up finding one in MO; over 1200 miles from my location. She arranged to have the bike shipped to her store and when I came in, the bike was prepped, the components that I wanted were installed, and the bike was ready to go. The Service Manager, Royce, did an outstanding job tuning the gears and made sure that everything on the bike worked flawlessly! And I cant say enough about Lukas. Though the bike worked flawlessly, Lukas made sure that the right fit for me and he treated me like I was a very close relative. I have visited many bike shops and even though I asked for a fitting, no one took the time to make sure that my bike would provide the most comfortable ride for me that was possible. Height, reach, saddle, etc., was checked. He didnt just eyeball me like so many other bike shops. He took the time to measure, had me ride, tweek some more, and continued until my bike felt incredible! I apologize for this lengthy review but I was so impressed with the team at this Trek bike shop in Centerville that words cannot describe how highly I recommend them! This team is truly OUTSTANDING!!!

I had a level 2 bike tuneup performed along with some other maintenance. It now performs like new. They got me in and out in a few days. Other shops were quoting 2 week turn around time.

Best customer service EVER!! We bought two Trek bikes and after riding mine I decided I wanted more of a mountain bike with bigger tires so we brought back within the 30 day guarantee and they took it right back, no questions asked, and gave me a brand new bike!! We will go there for all I bicycle needs!

Were kind of all over the map when it comes to riding levels and bike acumen, but everyone at the Trek store have been really helpful in answering our questions. Royce has been outstanding when it comes to service. I recently had a fairly gnarly bike crash and my saddle was bent. Royce was able to take care of it. I definitely recommend these guys.

The key distinguishing characteristic of this store is service. We purchased 2 bikes for our children here (and will certainly be purchasing our own as well), and each experience has been wonderful. Despite the issues with getting bike stock due to Covid, Lindsay and the rest of the store employees were so dedicated to helping me find the right bike for my little 7yr old. Making the effort to get it back to me quickly was also going above and beyond.I’ve become skeptical of services performed by many companies as of late, I was feeling I would be getting service equal to what I would be paying, with Trek’s offer for a “Free” first service. I thought I would get a glossing over of the items in the service list because my bike is barely 4 months old.Not only did you go through things like chain stretch, lube, warranty work on the brakes, but today on my ride, when I needed to clip out of my pedals, I found you had set the tension on them for me. I mean, who today would care enough to go through the bike so thoroughly as to ensure the clipless pedal tension would be properly set. Wow. I have to say I feel you’re masters of your trade! I love having a place of this caliber in Centerville. Their products are top notch, but their service is even better. Any time Ive gone in there they have given me such great help and attention. Luis and Lucas helped get my bikes tuned up and I really enjoyed the attention to detail they gave each one of my bikes.

Incredible service from all the staff. We took two old bikes that hadn’t been ridden in a while to see if we could get them in working shape. One bike was 26 years old, and there were so many repairs that were needed on it that I brought the bike to DI (after taking some of the equipment off of it so that it could go on my other bike). I bought the other bike from a friend 8 years ago, but havent ridden it yet because we have been living out of the country. This is the bike that was fixed up to ride. The staff made several helpful suggestions and I am loving riding it now, biking 30-35 miles/day.We were so impressed by the knowledge and customer service from the staff that my husband also bought a bike at this Trek store. They have an amazing 24 hour turn around policy on repairs (unless something needs to be ordered in from out of town). We knew exactly what we were paying for ahead of time, there were no surprises.Will definitely be a customer for life due to their great customer service!

Amazing customer service both on the phone and in person from every single employee I interacted with. The people that work there are awesome to say the least. I took in a used bike I had purchased that needed some serious TLC. They had it looking basically brand new and back to me in less than 24 hours. This is the best bike shop Ive been to by far. Took my bike in to take advantage of the winter tune up deal, fantastic customer service. They let me know up front pricing and exactly what they were going to do. My bike is about 6 yrs old and it was overdue for some replacements, back cassette, chain and bottom bracket. I thought it was ok before, but it is running so smooth now, HUGE difference. Last week I discovered an issue on my bike right before an important ride. I rushed down to their shop at about 5:00 PM. The mechanic was leaving at 6:00 and had other work to do as well but found a way to fit me in. Saved my ride! I had a friend you had a similar experience and they tried to find a rental that would work for him until they could fix his bike. These guys show that they truly care about their customers. I will be going back.

The service manager Royce did a great job getting me set up to start riding on my bike. He went above and beyond simply installing pedals on my bike, and took the time to educate me on several points.

Trek in Centerville is awesome. Luis set me up with a new Remedy 8 at a price that I couldnt walk away from. They didnt have the right size for me in stock but luis had one shipped in within a couple of days and still gave me the same price as the floor model.... Not quite a week later I pulled a chunk of wood through the rear derailleur and bent the pulley cage. Royce was able to get the shifting back to normal and even though the damage was my fault and the work required to fix it was beyond the typical adjustments that are covered with a new bike, he didnt charge me anything. This store has become MY new bike shop.
