First, the gallery associates are amazing! They were so helpful and kind when accommodating us at the gallery. I do love this place and have made the 2+ hour drive from Indianapolis several times, but probably won’t do it again after this last time. It used to be better than what it is now in my opinion. There’s only big furniture pieces now as opposed to before it being a little bit of everything. Hauling big pieces of furniture back to Indianapolis is not viable unless we were to drive a large truck over. And even then you never know what’s there so it could be a wasted trip. The prices used to be a lot better than they are now as well. Overall, they aren’t marked down as much as they used to be.

First of the the store is nice and the staff is too. You have to really look to find something worth the money. The only things we have purchased were clearanced. They were like 90% off so an okay deal. The other thing that was very unique was a gramophone that uses a cell phone for the music. It was really a fun thing to buy at also a clearance price. Anyway if you pick through from time to time you can find some things that are worth it but only if clearanced.

Who knew RH had a place to shop their homeless pieces at superb prices. Great friendly staff more than willing to assist.

If you are thinking of getting furniture from RH (or anywhere really) you should definitely stop here first. Ridiculously low prices and the staff is top notch!

Love shopping here! Staff is friendly and they always help me find or order what Im looking for. Trucks come every Thursday so the furniture inventory stays fresh! Prices are reasonable, especially when you can get first quality pieces.

Furnished my whole house thrifting from this store, piecing together my formally empty house. Sure, this location sells physically damaged pieces, but they also sell undamaged furniture too. Pick and choose what you pay for.

Its an outlet. The prices are better than their retail. But most of the large stuff has some damage, small/large scratch, missing parts, etc. Values can be found by searching or being here at the right time.

Fantastic experience every time. Wide inventory selection. Staff are super friendly, authentic and helpful. Offer up sound advice and take the time to understand what you are looking for and will look up what in their inventory might work or if not, direct you to the online store. So wonderful that we have this outlet in the area and people who take a genuine interest in you.

Stock is ALWAYS exactly the same. Why does the staff act like and treat people like they are superior? Sorry hunny, it’s an outlet store, try and be happy. I have purchased a four nice pieces over time, but be careful for damaged items as they are not forthcoming.

I love this store! The staff is amazing! They called me and texted me when a dining table was available during the thanksgiving holiday! I was even able to get their third party delivery company to deliver the table within the same night! I bought such a beautiful dining table at such a good deal!!!

We like RH, but the RH Outlet prices actually arent much better than the Member Price at the regular Restoration Hardware store because the outlet price is taken from the Non-Member Price. Considering that the items at the Outlet are sold as-is and often damaged, it doesnt seem to make much sense to buy from the Outlet when you can get 25% off at the regular RH store with a $100 Membership.We learned this lesson the hard way. We purchased a marble dining table at the RH Outlet in August and it has already cracked in several spots, despite the fact that weve only used it 3 times. This is obviously a product quality issue, but neither the RH Outlet or Restoration Hardwares customer service will do anything for us since we purchased it at the Outlet. This is extremely disappointing and we not shop at the Outlet again.

I can’t believe how rude and unhelpful the people who work there are! This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, just the first time I’m ticked off enough to leave a review. I called asking if they had the large robe hooks in stock. The woman (Tracy) replied, “I do, but I have no idea what we have. I would have to go back there and dig through the box myself”. Uhhhh yeah, so what’s your point lady?! Isn’t that your J.O.B???? I’m sorry I’m asking for your assistance! Unbelievable

I love rustic looking furniture that feels heavy and strong.

Only a few of the employees are friendly. The rest are very snobbish and not very helpful. While we have found some decent deals there, our latest experience soured our desire to shop there. We had an eye on a piece of furniture there with an additional 25% off storewide, but decided to hold out for a better sale. Recently, everything went on sale for 40% off and we decided to head back to make our purchase. Come to find out that they increased the outlet price by $1600 from the price 2 weeks prior and it ended up costing more than the price at 25% off. They are allowed to price their merchandise however they want, but be wary of the 40-50% off storewide sales because they are not always the better deals.
