Walked into the store. I was the only customer in the store. No one working the front. I stood there for 5 minutes. Two employees walked by me while I was standing there. Neither one said hello or even acknowledged my presence. They both just walked past me and went back into the back. I finally just walked out.

Always had good service and food.☺️

This place is amazing. Always have had friendly, quick service and fresh food. I went in around lunch time and there was no-one else there! Why?? I would much rather come here than any other fast food place. I hope you guys stick around, thank you!

The worker very helpful, friendly and awesome. The store immaculately clean with dine in. The food delicious as always, 2 thumbs up.

They are currently located at the back and to the left in the strip mall. They have very good hams and they also sell turkey and sides. You can even get lunch there. The ham prices are probably the highest in town but they have an excellent reputation so if you want inexpensive ham you will need to go to Kroger or super Walmart.

Employees are rude and act like they could care less to be there. I have never had a positive experience at this location, with an empty lobby there is no excuse to be walked past and ignored by the staff.

Prepaid for the Easter ham and other items --- there was a separate line today for those who had paid online vs those that did not. The prepaid line got me in and out in about 5 minutes. Well done. And of course, it is, as usual, delicious.

This is my second trip here. The first time was great. Today, a cranky red-headed woman was much less than polite. Slow. Forgot our order multiple times, and then after charging us and starting our order says, Oh, I will say, were out of a lot of breads which effected our entire order. I almost told her to cancel and refund everything and Id go elsewhere. But I was hungry and the food is pretty good.But Im pretty sure this trip put me off the place. I wont be back. The foods not that good.

Great customer skills all around. The up sale was smooth and not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable about the products. Hearing how much the staff enjoys certain items was great. When I mentioned an item that I had never had their eyes lit up and practically rolled into the back of their heads. That was a huge selling point for me.

Everybody knows, and if you dont let me enlighten you, buy your spiral cut honey baked ham from this store! It is worth every penny! Even my penny pincher husband doesnt bat an eye at this purchase. I havent tried their turkey but I can tell you that every year I buy a ham and I have NEVER recieved a less than perfect ham.All you have to do is set it out to get to room temperature, or warm it in an oven if you want it warm. We always just set it out in the morning so its ready for our feast and we buy an extra bag of hawaiian rolls just to make little sliders or make ham and eggs for breakfast. This ham never goes to waste!

I purchased a large ham for Christmas and it was the worst ham I have ever cooked. It was dry and had a strange taste. Tried to have a conversation with the store but they were not interested but they sure were interested when they took my money.

Hopefully their computer is back on line. Being cash if not.. Great, helpful staff. Had good selection.

Registers were down and employees were rude about it. You should always have a back up plan when you cant use your registers. Never will return!

Make sure to check the expiration date. It might last 45 days in the freezer but I was hoping it would last longer than 1.5 days in the fridge. I wish I could give this company zero stars. Dont shop here. I would advise you to put your money in a paper shredder before making a purchase here.

Went to buy 1 pound ham and 1 pound Turkey. Said they were out of Turkey but could sell mea whole Turkey breast. There are just the two of us. I dont need a whole Turkey breast.

Worst customer service ever! I stopped in about 2 pm and there were 4 people working and one customer . Two of the employees were doing Im not sure what basically just wondering around. The other two were both at the same register. I assumed it was a shift change. No one greeted me or acknowledged I was there. No one made eye contact with me. they seemed all consumed with what they were doing. I looked at the menu overhead I picked up a menu from the counter looked it over while I waited went over and looked in their freezer section came back. Kept myself as occupied as I could. Finally the one customer that was there before me went to the checkout and the lady asked her if that was all she needed and rang her up. Still have not been acknowledged. I kept trying to step up to the counter to order but was dismissed Then the cashier and the customer begin to talk about the issues they have with her bank and overdrafts, then they continued to talk about their grandchildren Still no one acknowledged me. It was as if I didnt exist. I didnt say anything I just turned around and walked out. I waited 10 minutes, never have I been ignored like thisI would never go back again. we need negative Stars in order to rate them correctly. Apparently that one customer is who supports the entire location and they dont need anyone else to purchase anything.

Mother in law ordered a ham in advance and ended up getting covid. I wasn’t available on the schedule pick up day so I tried to call and reschedule it for the next day. The girl was rude and told me no. She then proceeded to leave me on hold for an hour (I took a screenshot). Attempted to call later, the phones were down.

I bought a Honey Baked Ham for Christmas, 3 days before. They said the ham would keep for 6 days. This is the second Ham I have bought from Honey Baked Ham and both times the ham is very dry. I paid $81 for a 11lb ham and I would expect for that price the ham be juicy, not so and I followed the directions to a tee. I will not buy a Honey Baked Ham again.

The ham is awesome but went in two days after Thanksgiving to pick up a ham for an event I was having. They had one ham ready. Super courteous despite my arrival 10 minutes before closing on New Years Day. No rushing at all. I hoped for some soup but their soup machine was broken right before the holidays. Thats ok though I bought ham and made my own! Had a sandwich too! Never disappointed with HBH!!

Online ordering is what gets a 1 star. We ordered our Thanksgiving meal and when I went to get it today NOTHING I ordered was there! I waited in the long line then when it was my turn the I told the server my order number, then she started guessing what I got. She didnt even know. We ordered a whole Turkey but the only ones they had left were cajun. The size ham I ordered was out and currently being glazed so I had to get a larger peice, which meant more money from me. The pecan pie I ordered was out!!!!! Literally my whole order was unable to be fulfilled. What is the point of ordering ahead of time to not even get your order?!!!!! I selected today for my pickup day because I thought my order would be ready. Had I known that it doesnt even matter I would have sent days ago since I know they sell out. DONT OFFER ONLINE ORDERING IF YOURE NOT GOING TO FULFILL IT!!!!! Thanks for ruining our first Thanksgiving in our new home.

Theyre the go to for ham and turkey!! Call, go online or run into the store. Its always delicious and the can accommodate what you need no matter how big or small. Theyve saved me more than one Thanksgiving.
