They are taking the hollering out of irrigation, no longer do you have Bill in the watershed and Bob in the field hollering at each other trying to figure out whats going on. Instead you have the ease of an app to control everything you need to when it comes to your irrigation system.

Absolutely love the App! Gives me control of my irrigation system from anywhere. Very easy to use and I dont have to keep going back the controller to run a new zone. I just do it from my phone! Saves me time and money!

I was given a Smart Controller with a discount and only am operating the one currently and it works fantastic. It is very user friendly and I am amazed at the technology. It has helped me cut watering time, yet my property still looks great. I have been able to save money, water, and time using this. I will get more in the future if I need more Smart Rain controllers.

I have been using my Smart Rain controller for the last year. It so easy to make adjustments to my water programs and with this year and all the regulations that have come out with the drought I oved that convenience.

I am very impressed with the google maps interface that shows all of the zones and can be remotely controlled. I also really like how it doesnt water when its raining or is too windy.

Remote access to irrigation is really nice, I can change things or start/stop a zone from anywhere.

My HOA purchased about 20 systems from this company and it has been a horrible experience. Getting these units to connect to wifi is all but impossible in an area with high wifi density. We actually pointed a ubiquiti access point (business grade) directly at the unit and it wouldnt connect unless we got within about ten feet, direct line of sight and disabled minimum connection speeds on the access point. The antenna in these units doesnt seem to work well at all.So now we have a smart system that functions worse than our old dumb system because we cant get most of them to connect to the internet. To add insult to inquiry, we are told that our option now is to pay an additional fee for a cell phone number and plan for every single unit. This all completely negates any potential savings that we may or may not have ever seen based on water savings.In addition to my above complaints, without connectivity its impossible to set these up, so they are completely unusable. I have to now resort to hand watering everything in order to save them from dying because this system doesnt work.

It took me no more than 5-10 minutes of messing around with the app to feel extremely confident on how to use it and all its features. I definitely recommend this irrigation controller to any property seeking usability, and remote access. Last, they have quick and efficient customer service. If there is any question I ever have I can call or email their team and I know I will have my questions resolved promptly. Great product!
