I called 10 times the guy answering the phone put me on hold every time for 20 minutes I really get upset I drove there to realize that he doesn’t speak English even couldn’t say that he doesn’t speak English in English .

Friendly bilingual employees, very organized shelfs easy to find items and clean store, if they dont have items they will ordered it for you pickup as soon as possible.

They are normally helpful but my problem today was a phone call I made asking about returning an antenna that I bought. I understand that the person just started working there, but there still needs to be some professionalism and empathy when speaking to customers. I am not going to post the ladys name I spoke with, because her training is at the core of the issue.Afterwards I did call the Providence store with the same question, and they demonstrated a level of understanding that one would expect.EDIT: See how incompetent they are with their response below? The Providence store did not take care of my issue!! They were just nicer about it. I still have the antennae I bought that they told me it was universal but the mounting bolt was too long.

Went in to buy rainguards for my 2018 KIA Sportage. They didnt have any, wont for another couple years as they told me. They told me takes years to make replica ones for them to sell. To go to a KIA dealership and order them. The store was clean, neat, organized. Store manager or Asst. Manager plus the female employee that was there. Were both very friendly and polite. Answering all my questions. Which I truly do appreciate. When I got home instead of calling KIA which I knew was going to cost me a fortune. I checked Ebay, hold and behold a set of 4 rainguards for my car $37 free shipping delivered in 4 days guaranteed. Sure enough it did arrive on the 4th day. Fit like a glove, easy assemble.

Took a long time to get an answer to my question, but they were able to help me get the right item for my truck.

Horrible customer service. Declined to offer wiper blade and battery installation despite clear signage throughout the store. Also, they did not honor a sale item even though the discount was clearly labeled on the shelf. Will never return to this location.
