I love going to school here!! They have amazing opportunities. The book store is also amazing 😊💘 they have everything you need💕🌞

Some of the people that work in here are rude and dont want to help students. I just ignore those people. I think there is a student worker by the name of Zack, he is always a delight. He always helps me find my books and makes sure everything is right the first time dealing with worker retraining. I have no choice but to come here for my books, or I would have to order them offline. I think some customer service skills are needed with some of the employees.Prices are steep, but the store is always clean and tidy. Well organized!

I went on a very busy day; a lot of students were present to pick up/buy their textbooks. The line(s) moved quickly and the staff was able to answer my questions/resolve my issues.

Ordered materials for an online math class and never received them. Called them to sort out the issue and was told they would email my online code to me. That never happened either.

High prices and a ridiculous disagreement about the condition of a rented book. Id avoid this store.
