I had 3 garage doors installed in 2014 all are working great. I inherited my moms cats and needed to install a cat door in the garage door. I didnt want to cut a opening in my door so I went back to Advantage and they gave me an extra panel to cut a hole in for the cat door. Same color and style for free. Great company to work with.

We had a new home built. Two weeks after moving in the garage door opener had lost screws on the left side because it had not been attached to studs and was dangling over my car. They were very responsive and came out the same day to fix. I was irate that it had happened and asked that they look over the garage door to make sure there would be no further problems. However, one week later screws came out of the right side of the pieces that hold the garage door up causing the track to bend and the garage to come off the track. They came over the following day to fix. I feel like if you know what you are doing as a garage door installer then neither of these problems would have occurred. It is very uncomfortable finding random screws lying on your garage floor. I am to the point that I am afraid to park my car in my own garage of a brand new house. I do not recommend this business. Our service drive doors are glass so very heavy and get used considerably more than the average customer. We have always had great service. Advantage Door always takes care of our dealership and has fast, courteous service.
