Called to make an appointment and originally we’re set up for 9-11am, got a call to change from 4-7pm. They decided to not show up. I called to check the status after 7pm and was told they will call the tech and he would call me back. Never called back. Then they just stopped answering the phone and never showed up. This is the worse thing a company could do and when I called the next morning to complain I was told they were not going to do anything for me and to not call back. I had already gotten someone else but they are by far the worst!
Bad experience. Scheduled a dryer repair service on Easter Eve between 2pm-5 pm. No show, no call. Office hours were until 8pm and I called couple times since 5:30 pm. No one answered calls nor returned my messages. I do not recommend this company.
Called asking if they had parts. Was told, we dont sell parts, then was abruptly hung up on. Was looking for Sunday repair service for my stove if I couldnt find someone to sell the part. Worst customer service and phone etiquette I have ever seen. Was not able to ask for repair service or any other help for that matter.
Showed up cause I needed a part asap...and its just a ups store! The guys inside were very confused.
Title says, they dont sell parts.
