Communicated on meeting and drove 5 hours from another state to meet with company but never responded back to our company. Also, said they were open until 6pm but had doors locked since 12am on a Tuesday. Very unprofessional, ignored our business and wasted our time. It’s been weeks and still haven’t responded back to emails or voice messages that were left.

Very poor quality parts that did not meet specifications. Refused to return money or fix the issue. The claim of a design flaw or changing the design is absolutely false!
