Best & only store that I will shop at on my way to Delacroix to get my bait for crabbing

Produce is limited but they have great meat sales and a very good beer selection. When you find a good sale, load the freezer!

Great prices, sales, quality seasoning meats, produce, friendly, clean, store setup convenient and well arranged. Employees are ready to assist you. Great prices on Ice cream all brands. Cold cut deli counter is friendly and the have cut my deli to the t in thickener as I asked. Quick service. Delicious bakery items. Check out employees are swift, friendly and polite. Check out is a breeze thus far I havent had to wait in a long line. Worth the trip.

So convenient and easy to shop. I live near so whenever we need to pick up a quick necessity they are there. They have name brands and a refrigerated section so you can find anything here. The store is really clean, well lit, and aisles are just enough space. Theres plenty of parking The employees were very friendly and helpful!

Wow the Greatest Meat sale ever! An it wasnt just meat. They have other items on sale an its exactly what we need to stack up! An the employees or the sweetest an very helpful!

Wow! Bill at register is 9.01 give girl a 20 dollar bill. You realize you have the exact change. Girl says she can not take the exact change and give twenty back it will mess up her money droor. 😮😏

Very low prices, its not usually crowded. Twice a year, they have these crazy cheap sales. Its a really good place. Everyone is so nice there.

Not that many Breaux Marts Left..., Always a good place to buy Meats. But crackers, cereal, chips on the High side.

The food at Breaux Mart is wonderful! My husband and I, Luke, go there almost every week for groceries! But, unfortunately, this African American woman was giving my husband and I lip. I believe her name is Jackie. She was constantly rolling her eyes and giving us attitude when we were simply trying to strike up a conversation! Then, she raised her voice at my son, Cass, because he just wanted to know if they had Chu-Chu trains there! This is uncalled for. I do love this store, but as long as this woman is working there, I will no longer give my cash money to this store. And the word will be spread!

Great little locally owned store. Their selection of products is pretty decent considering how small it is. The produce and meats are usually higher quality than the other (national brand) grocery store in Chalmette. Prices for their store brand (Shur-fine or something like that) are considerably less than what youll see at the other grocery store. They also carry many more local brands (I can usually count on them to have Leidenhemer bread, for example). Checkout lines usually move pretty quickly, and if lines get long they are good about opening additional lanes. Not the best place to shop for baby supplies or personal hygiene stuff, but my favorite place in Chalmette for groceries.
