Didn’t have the best experience. When I showed one of the employees a coupon that was on the Hibbetts website, he said I must be on the wrong website because they didn’t have a coupon there, but I was definitely on the right website. I went to purchase a pair of shorts to ship to my house Because they didn’t have the size I needed. When they rang me up for It there was a fee. I should’ve asked them what it was for but I let it go. They also didn’t send my receipt to my email with the receipt or order #, so I had to call customer service. Customer service sent me an order # and they said the fee was for shipping but I remember seeing on the receipt 0 next to shipping and under that there was a fee. Long story short I went on the hibbetts website and I could’ve gotten the exact shorts for free shipping..I’ll just continue shopping online rather than purchase in store.
