So I just returned a cell phone I bought two days ago. When I tried to activate the phone, I was informed by my wireless provider that the phone had been reported lost or stolen. I was able to get a refund on the phone at the pawn shop, but could not be refunded for the $15 insurance policy I bought on the phone. We were told the purpose in buying the insurance policy was for things like this. Maybe next time you should inform your customer that the insurance will guarantee them a refund in case you made a mistake.. You sold us a phone that had been reported lost/stolen and it cost me $15.My dad has been a pretty loyal customer to Cash America in Chalmette for almost 20 years and it was always my first choice when looking for refurbished tools and electronics. You lost all future business from both of us today. I had to give you 1 star just to post this but I definitely would have given you 0 had that been possible.

Been there 3 times. When I say slow I mean slowwwwwwww been there 3 times walked out 3 times attendants spend more time repeatedly walking in the back room leaving customers waiting and waiting. Last time I was there only one customer at counter they spent more time talking about the Superbowl and fishing leaving there customers to wait on their conversations that had nothing to do about business. If you dont mind waiting forever on their slow service go there if you have a life and have other commitments in the day dont waste your time going there. Customer service is poor.

I just called this place about Pistol and the lady had a attitude on the phone. Im a Commission Officer and a gun collector so I tried to give this place business cause I saw on their website that a FNS 40 has been sitting there for over two months now but I see why now cause she just lost them good business cause if she wouldve done right and show real customer service I wouldve brought the pistol plus probably more but Im going to take my 3250$ some where else. If they dont change their bad customer service and rude nasty attitude, theyre going to lose a lot of customers...smh

Try to make a purchase of a gun today they said only one person per car can go into the shop I was the first one to go into the shop to figure out what kind of gun to get for someone else then they went into the shop to buy it for theyselves and they told me that they can sell it to them because I was the one that picked it out for them like how can someone buy one if they dont know what they lookinghow can someone buy one if they dont know what they looking at will never get my business again

They sold me a faulty air compressor and will not exchange it or refund my money. I didnt even own it for an hour before I brought it back. The store manager had a nasty attitude when I tried to return it and told me that I was stuck with it. Great business right????

They say that they pawn for 1/3 retail price....but I still got shorted like $70 for pawning my tablet which retail price is 399! They only gave me 80 bucks for it....nice scatterbrained people there though. ...

Zero stars! They sold me a broken table saw. Wouldn’t return or exchange it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was a frequent customer to this location.

Just called about a playstaion 4 went last week an they had about 5 or more asked if they had any lady on the phone said no told her i went last week an they had 5 or more an she said they sold them all yesterday i call bull but you never no she was rude an hung up on me

Service is poor you have long waiting period in line and they dont give courtesy calls if you forget to pay on a due date and they dont give a rat ass about you I will never recommend someone to go there very poor customer service
