While I like the custom floor to ceiling windows that Atelier made for our home renovation, I take issue with the owners customer service. The doors were made with incorrect measurements. When we called the owner, he said that he had since fired the person responsible for the mistake. My husband and I were surprised no one looked at the doors before they went out but the owner assured us that he would make it right, both monetarily and by working quickly to get the windows. Our crew had to wait and we lost money. Also, the first drop off I should note that the windows were delivered in pieces and missing window stops and other parts that make it functional. When we called him he said “oooh, yeah, I did see some parts on the ground that should’ve been delivered to you.”Fast forward to a few days ago when we received the final bill with no adjustment to the cost. We reached out to the owner who said that he fulfilled the contract by getting the windows to us within the “window” of time (4-8 weeks.) There was no signed contract, this was just an estimate he gave us.Anyway, buyer beware...because my husband didn’t get anything in writing about a discount.
