They offer a great selection of appliances from several reliable brands. Their salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful and not high pressure. They have free delivery, pick up your old appliances and they service what they sell.

Now that my nearly 5 month experience with Squires is over, I will leave this review.I needed a new kitchen suite - refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave - and decided to shop local so we went to Squires. We purchased over $4700 worth of merchandise. The purchase and delivery process were very easy, however, my refrigerator was dented upon delivery. I was told this was no problem and they would bring me a new door. It took 9 weeks to get a door (due to COVID, per Squires) and when it was delivered, it was the wrong door. That was July 13. On September 21, after 10 weeks of silence, I called again, this time telling them to either get me a door or pick up their dented refrigerator, for which I paid full price, and refund my purchase price. Miraculously, I received a door today (Sept 25). I also told Trevor that the refrigerator was already telling me the filter needed to be changed, and he should send me a couple with the door, at no charge since I had to deal with this dented fridge for 5 months. When they showed up today, they had 2 filters and a bill for $100.This is the last time I try to support small, local business.When my washer and dryer needed to be replaced last week, I bought them from Lowes and had NO ISSUES.

Very professional staff and knowledgeable about the products

Brought a countertop microwave and a month later we had an issue with it! Took it back to have it checked out and they said something major was wrong with it and they just replaced with a brand new one! Very happy with the service and the price was great! Like to deal with local companies! I’m sure a big box store would not have done that! Thanks Squires!

Service is outstanding, staff are friendly and helpful. You can still purchase high-quality appliances at this location such as speed queen. Moving forward this will be my go to location for any and all of my appliance needs. And if interested they carry high end audio as well. Highly recommended!

Went to at least 3 appliance dealers - was not impressed with customer services, selections, etc. This place was ORGANIZED, clean and fitted well in picking your preferred brand and reasonable prices.
