Real life experience. Hopefully this will help others down the line. Less than 7 months post install and the trim of awning is seriously fraying.. something that would be expected to hold up for AT LEAST a year with incredible appearance. But was told unfortunately the braid does that Now, as a customer I learned this important information after the fact, leaving me with the only recourse to share my experience. I initially was so proud and happy to work hard towards curb appeal and ended up with something like a frazzled raw deal. :(
