My husband and I had been looking at vehicles online and driving through the dealerships. When we came to Fitzgeralds in Chambersburg we were just browsing through the lot when Derek Sweeney approached us and asked if he could help us and listened to what we were looking for and he steered us in the right direction to look at the vehicles that interested us. He was not pushy and he gave us the time to browse. He was a new salesman so once we were ready to try out a few vehicles he had Alex Chandler help us. The both of them let us try out as many vehicles as we wanted and were very helpful and patient with us. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day but with the deal we were given with our trade and the pricing of the new vehicle we could not pass it up. We have purchased numerous vehicles in the past from this dealership and have been satisfied and this experience was no different. Very happy with both of the sales associates and the dealership.

Eric McKendrick was excellent checking me in & very helpful & friendly & went out of his way to assist me.The check out process however had much to be desired - the young girl who checked me out had ear bud in her ear listening to music. She was actually snap chatting while checking me out. That is very poor customer service. My bill was in correct. My $70 coupon was not taken off my bill.

I was in a bad situation and looking for a new car. After weeks of looking, I stumbled on Fitzgerald and they immediately caught my eye. I only had the intention of looking at vehicles but managed to drive off the lot the same day!Erin was AMAZING and so sweet. She was so patient with the process and it was supposed to be her day off, but she still helped me step into a new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership. They have amazing deals and great service. Everyone I encountered was so friendly. If I could give this establishment a 0 I would. I was highly disappointed in how they treated me as a customer. Three weeks ago I went and looked at a car, test drove it and fell in love. I was told they had just gotten it in, so it still needed to be cleaned/detailed. I was fine with that because I was insured it would be done by the following week. They were ready and willing to take my money even though the car was not ready. They wanted me to sign papers saying I would pay the x amount they wanted for the car. I then was notified they found something wrong with the car and might not fix it. They did decide to fix it because I loved the car so much. I’ve been waiting 2 and a half weeks for the car, paying insurance on it and not getting any answers. I called about 3 times every week to see if I could get a date since I’m leaving for college in a couple of days. They just played around and could never give me a date. I then asked for a discount or reimbursement for the insurance I’ve been paying on and they rudely told me “it’s gonna be a no.” They told me a discount was impossible because they “tried to get me into another car” (that was WAY out of my budget). Lastly, they do not have the title so it could’ve been even longer before I got the car. Now I am stuck without a car going back to college. I am highly disappointed. I do not recommend buying a car from these scam artists! DONT PUT A CAR ON YOUR WEBSITE IF ITS NOT READY PERIOD!UPDATE: I talked to the manager herself and she also gave me the run around for 2 more days. This establishment is awful, they take advantage of customers.

I had to have some work done on my Nissan rogue the other day. The people in the service department were phenomenal. The service was going to take several days, so they gave me a loaner in order for me to still do everything in my life that needed done. I needed to travel out of state to attend a family issue and they were absolutely supportive of me. My car was finished in 3 days, but I kept the loaner for almost a week. This above and beyond care was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend Fitzgerald Toyota/Nissan to anyone who wants great service and being treated right. Its a shame I can only give 5 stars because they were a 10 in my book.

I had brought my 2017 Frontier up for oil change and tire rotation. Service manager came out to get me, went back to my truck and showed me I had a major problem. Was given a loaner and came back home to MD. After thinking it over for a couple of days I had emailed my salesman and received an email from Josh Kennedy, my salesman was no longer there. I called Josh, we did the whole deal over the phone, I had not seen the truck, he sent me pictures an information on the Frontier. I got my loan local, drove up to Fitzgerald and finished the deal, they took care of my old truck. Josh was great to work with.

We had one of the best car buying experiences ever and we were at alot of dealers looking for a new vehicle. My month long search for a specific model, trim, and color vehicle under msrp, finally ended when I found it at this dealership. Working with Alex over the phone then in person was a pleasure. At no point did I felt pressured and was happily greeted by the staff upon my arrival. Its a cute and small Toyota dealership but dont let that steer you away. The price l was quoted was exactly the price l paid.Everything here was far more competitive than in the NYC metro area including vehicle price, trade-in offer and dealer fees. I only changed the oil, did a break fuel flush and tire rotation. The did a good job but had me waiting almost 3 hrs when I was first in the door. The wait was too long. Many other people who came after me left in a timely manner.

I bought a car from them 8 days ago in Chambersburg, PA location. I was promised a second key for the car when the previous owner brings it in they would ship it to me. I have been in touch with the sales person several times and he kept on saying I havent had a chance to talk with the previous owner. Today when I called sales person mentioned that there is no second key or they might have lost it. They never had a second key from the beginning and I was lied to. When you go here to buy a car everyone is nice to you because they want your money. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was notified that I was missing a Washer Fluid Cap. I opted for them to go ahead and replace it for me. After checking my vehicle I seen I am still missing a washer fluid cap. I was not charged for it either. Just would of been nice if someone would of let me know that they couldn’t replace my washer fluid cap.

On Friday afternoon my Tacoma was having what I thought would be a computer issue. I made a call to Tony in the service department, and I’m sure it was a time when everybody was ready to knock off for the week. He listened to my diagnosis of the truck and gave me several options that I should go check before having it towed to your facility. I thanked him for his time and went to the truck to try what he told me. Nothing seemed to work. I called him back again and he gave me more options if those hadn’t worked. He was very thorough in his instructions and even gave me some cautions before he hung up. This whole scenario took about two hours for me and probably 20 minutes to half an hour on the phone with him. I can’t thank him enough for his help at a time when I had no idea what was wrong with my truck. Tony had taken the time away from his work, not knowing me, or knowing that I had dealt with him before to help me. We have purchased multiple vehicles from this Fitzgerald location over the last ten years. Their sales team is always fantastic, upfront and friendly. They also properly staff the sales team so you arent waiting around until someone can work with you, which can be mildly frustrating. My sister just purchased a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue and it is worth at least checking out. The upgrades from the last few years are a huge improvement. If youre interested in a new or lightly used vehicle this a great option in Chambersburg.

Went here for a routine service/check before a trip across country, mentioned to them that I was driving across country and wanted to make sure everything was ok. Routine check turned into a “hey, do you plan on keeping this car because you have a leak that’s gonna require us to take the entire engine block out of the car.” Decline said service because there was absolutely 0 indications my vehicle had any issue prior to bringing it in. No knocking sounds, and most importantly, no oil/spill on the driveway where I parked everyday for the past 2 years, for it to be such a catastrophic leak. Just brought my car into a Toyota here in a different state, did not mention to them the aforementioned story and guess what? NOTHING WRONG with my vehicle.

My experience at this dealer was amazing. I was referred here by my Father, so that was already a point in their favor. (He doesnt give out solid recommendations very often, picky man) The salesman, Kennedy, was very enthusiastic to help and immediately made me feel welcomed. One thing in particular that i liked about this location was that i didnt feel pressured to buy anything. He helped me choose between a few used options, and we took them for a test drive. He wasnt pushy or overbearing in anyway. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the steps needing to get me in the car i was looking for, and elaborated on things that I didnt quite understand, without any hesitation or frustration. I am a man working on building his credit up after years of slacking, they were willing and eager to help me out. They detailed and filled up the car, and even made sure i was satisfied with that before i drove away. They even held on to it to fix a few things before handing over the keys. Not all dealers are that up front and honest, and i appreciate that. My Used Hyundai even came with a 3 year warranty, and a perks card to use on things i may need for my vehicle. Overall this place is great, and I plan to buy from them for any future cars i may want/need.

So, I don’t usually write reviews on Google. But I met this guy Travis. He was great! He gave me a good deal and the service was exceptional. I will definitely go back!

What a joke!! My husband and daughter went today to look at purchasing a car for her. They spent all but six hours there only for them to say she was not approved. Now mind, they said a few hours earlier all she needed was a letter from her employer stating that work was available 40 hours a week and she was good to go. They went and got the letter needed, only to be fooled around another two hours, then had to give 10 minutes and leaving threat. Then was told she was not approved. They never even offered other alternatives for her. I understand maybe the car was a little more than what they wanted to finance for her, but, Im sure it didnt take six hours to determine that. Plus, if they truly wanted to sell her a car, they would have offered another solution or even car but, no didnt happen. Im assuming she wasnt the right kind of customer they wanted. All they did was upset her and make her feel terrible by telling her what she should do. They know nothing about her situation and its none of their business. She had no negative marks on her credit, one loan paid in full 2 1/2 yrs early and they would not approve her. We are teaching our children to not accumulate a lot of debt but, guess we are wrong for that. Obviously, today proved that. Not professional about the process at all. Just wasted six hours of life that is all. At least now, we know where not to buy a car.

I had some reservations at first, but Geoff made me feel at ease by having the expert technicians go over the car and answer the questions I did have about it. Poorly trained and inexperienced employees, whom lack common decency and respect. Poor customer service and poor work ethics. Best to shop for parts online and take you service issues to another shop. Im tired of dealing with these clowns. At $130 an hour, you are better off going to a legitimate shop or parts store. Save your time and aggravation, even if you address your issues with the management, it will fall on deaf ears.

Excellent dealer. We bought a used Chrysler Pacifica Limited. Was the perfect car for our family. Definitely a hard to find vehicle the exact way we wanted it optioned and the color blue. Our Sales Associate, Erin Downey was on top of things from start to finish and helped us get a fantastic deal. That took all of 15 to 20 minutes. Took 20 minutes to check the car over. Was the best automotive purchace experience my wife an I have ever had. You wont go wrong making your car buying choice here. And I hope yall are lucky enough to have Erin Downey as your sales associate.

Fitzgerald is the best; all of their dealerships in MD and even in Florida are fantastic and I wish more car dealerships were upfront about vehicle pricing. For new vehicles, you really will find it hard to beat Fitzgerald; I’m not so sure about buying their used vehicles. My advice is as follows, however: Beware your trade in value and also be VERY cautious in the finance department at all of their dealerships.They may be a “volume” dealership that makes their money by selling more cars than their competitors, but they still make extra $$ on lower trade in values and adding on extra warranties and miscellaneous stuff you don’t need. Don’t be pressured or insulted into purchasing warranties or “protection” plans you don’t need, especially on vehicles like Toyotas which are next to indestructible. For the record, I purchased two vehicles through Fitzgerald and extended family have also purchased several vehicles as well.

NOPE. Didnt happen. My total experience with Fitzgerald Toyota in Chambersburg was very positive and I would go there in the future to buy another one.

Went to purchase a vehicle, an hour and a half drive and they have in vehicle listed incorrectly. Manual not automatic. I cant drive it. Alex found another one for me to look at. After 30 minutes they could not even find the keys. Unorganized company
