Always has been a staple growing up. My pap lived right across the street so every saturday wed go over and get lunch. 10/10 they deliver quality food at great prices for years! Love the hoagies!

If their customer service was half as good as their subs, this place would be amazing! Love the hoagies, I won’t stop going, but it just seems like no one ever wants to serve you in this place.

We just got the turkey hoagie and it is FANTASTIC — can’t recommend it enough!

Giving it 3 stars as they need to figure out there phones. If they dont answer it goes to fax which then takes another 2minutes for it to ring again! Get fed up and give up!!! Not worth the hassle!

Just like other reviews we ordered over the phone come to find out when we get there they don’t have what we ordered. How about get the phone number when the order is placed. Common sense things. Hoagies are just okay anyways.!

Heard they made good subs here, so drove 25 miles to try one. A very nice young lady made for me one of the best subs I ever had. Well worth the trip.

Have called twice to place an order at 7pm or a little before and they have turned off the grill. At 7pm you dont close till 8pm! Its called staying after work to clean up..not walking out at 8pm...A. People have jobs and children with activities after work.B. No other restaurant you call/or walk into says we cant serve you...thats like throwing the owners money in the trash can.C. Maybe they should dock the paychecks of the people who refuse to serve the people who call orders in an hour before closing...might solve the problem.D. I noticed that someone had the same complaint and yet its still happening!E. Ive never worked a job that I was done and walked out at the time I was suppose to be off...EVER!!F. Such a shame...have really good hoagies...BUT...the workers have attitudes and dont get the orders right half of the time anymore due to not taking the time to listen to the customer!Time to make some changes...may even see some profit from it!

Terrible customer service. Ive had nothing but bad experiences. One occasion I ordered three subs over the phone, one was turkey. When I get to the store to pick up my order I am told they are out of turkey. That would have been nice to know when I placed the order.

They are slow and could care less how long you wait, unless you are a friend or relative.. Good subs though.

Best Hoagies in greater Chambersburg area, and maybe in Southern PA. Fast service, but not always the friendliest later in the evenings when the young shift comes on. Huge selection of chips and drinks to accomodate.

They do have great subs but today it was not very good my roll was hard and was wrinkled up i normally get get subs from here just not today

They are really good but some times my order is messed up.

Piss poor service, it says they are open until 8 but they refused me service at 7:38. First time I called them it rang and someone picked up then hung up on me. Last two times I have called in for a pick up an hour before closing and they told me they put away all the turkey and cheese burgers. Anytime I call in I’m told 20 min till pickup, I go in and I still stand there and wait 20 more minutes until someone asks me if I called in. I’m DONE with this place, take your money elsewhere!
