By far, one of my favorite places ever. Anytime we have a reason to celebrate, we pick up a custard cake from the Meadows. Who could pass by something this decadent? And yes, it tasted as amazing as it looked 😋

Although my younger brother, just to be funny, asked for your worst-tasting ice cream, the ice cream you recommended for worst-tasting still tasted pretty good. Thanks for humoring my little brother, and for your great service! I would definitely recommend you to anyone, and I will definitely be going back for more ice cream soon.

I wish we could leave zeros for stars but unfortunately we cannot do that, the management in this establishment is unprofessional, unprepared and unreliable. The owner of this building Anthony puts on this beautiful show that hes a wonderful person who loves to donate but little does everyone in Chambersburg know he he starts genuine hard-working employees off at minimum wage and continues to keep them there throughout their time of employment I dangling the carrot in front of their face convincing them that more money is on the way, he keeps teenagers alone in his building to run his store and then takes no responsibility for any of his actions. He works children past 11 oclock without brakes, not only is this establishment unprofessional it is also unclean. This is a photo of the black mold attached to the sink, theres also black mold under the bins and dead bugs inside of the custard bins and if a customer dares to complain he sweeps it under the rug. As a person I am worried for the health hazards for the employees and for paying customers and I also hate to see The bad guy win. Be wary of this place and be wary of the people you support.

Had an amazing experience with the owner. Called in to ask about getting a flavor they didn’t have on the menu and he was extremely accommodating and told me he would make it special for me! Always have amazing service and delicious ice cream!

My all time favorite frozen treat is a Turtle Sundae. I order it at every ice cream/custard place I go to. If they dont offer it on their menu, I wont order anything, I figure no self-respecting ice cream/custard establishment wouldnt have one.That being said, I of course ordered one. It was absolutely delicious! The perfect ratio of caramel to hot fudge and the pecans were toasted and crunchy! The custard was velvety smooth yet not overly sweet.My turtle sundae was absolutely decadent !

The service was great. I was looking for Italian Ice, the shaved ice kind. I got the Pina Colada flavor...it was really chunky, and just super sweet. But the young man that took our order was very pleasant and polite, and got our order together really quickly.

Meadows is a thing of great debate in my home. Some believe that real ice cream should be the only thing served. If you can see from my five-star reading I strongly disagree. Im not going to argue that its better for you because lets face it its still a fattening dessert. But when it comes to unique flavors the Meadows takes the win. Check online for their calendar that shows the special flavors for each day. Not to mention their service is fast which is important since theyre always busy. Also their staff is pleasant even though again, theyre always busy. I would say that the fact theyre always busy speaks for itself try them out.

If you get around there you must try very good

Meadows is always awesome! The flavors are varied enough so I can get different stuff every time I go there... The prices are good... But most important? Everything is delicious!! Today I had the Misty Meadows blue raspberry flavor... Yum!! Actually I lied... As great as the frozen Custard and yogurt are, the very best thing at Meadows is the staff! Those kids are always polite, very sweet, and very welcoming... You will never go wrong at Meadows!!

Meadows always my favorite custard and ice cream. Chambersburg location is the best. Never had a bad experience there. The young lady working today around 13:30 looked like she really enjoyed her job.Marry Christmas to all.

I love this place! They always have different flavors to choose from so not the same old thing all the time. The ice cream is delicious!! The people who work here are friendly and helpful. They even have a FB page where they constantly have giveaways and freebies! This is a lovely laid back atmosphere that is family friendly and even good for a date night. I highly recommend this place!

I usually like their black cherry vanilla, turtle, but regular chocolate and vanilla are very good and smooth too.The only unpleasant experience was when I bought the last ice cream cake for birthday. Its taste not fresh...maybe too long sat on the freezer. I just bought from the counter freezer, didnt ordered it. Service is good and quick.

Great ice cream. Our service was not great. The guys was by himself. He was really working hard and was friendly but there seemed to be a problem with the shake machine so it took a while. Nice place otherwise.

We went about 20 minutes out of our way to have some Meadows in the middle of a 4 hour drive . As always, it was great. Best in the business.

4/11/19 Young girl was doing dishes in the back. Waited for her to finish the piece she was rinsing, I cleared my throat, yelled excuse me, moved around. She went back further in the kitchen. Then a man walked out from the back and I thought he was going to take my order. Nope. Walked by like I wasn’t there. Stood at the counter for what seemed like five minutes and finally started yelling to the back are you open? Is anyone able to help me? And finally walked out having never been greeted. Maybe get a door buzzer or a bell for the counter. Terrible lack of service.

On 6/15/18,I ordered a large hot fudge sundae and a large banana split. What I got was a large hot fudge sundae, and a whole lot of ice cream, but NO banana. Kind of hard to call it a banana split...without the banana! I guess Ill be going to DQ next time.

Always love The Meadows, its smooth and creamy frozen custard! Favorite is Dirty Turtle. Friendly, fast service also.

Ice cream was good. A bit pricy, as 3 items cost $19. Cashier was not very kind and did not say a word other than the total cost. The chocolate custard here has been a favorite of mine for years though.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because their chocolate custard is absolutely delicious! Definitely the best place for ice cream in Chambersburg. However, I am going to give them 4 stars because the customer service I received could’ve been better. I went through the drive thru last night. Explained that I wanted chocolate custard in a cone upside down in a cup.. I get it this way because otherwise it would melt as I’m driving and that would get messy. First the girl tried giving me vanilla when I ordered chocolate, then she tried giving it to me in a cup and plopping the ice cream cone on top of the cup so there wasn’t any ice cream in the actual cone. When I said something to her about it she seemed bothered by my request to put ice cream in the cone, I felt like she was in such a hurry and was more concerned with rushing that she was negligent in getting the orders right and got a little sloppy with her work.. Speedy service is great and all but not at the expense of accuracy.

Thanks for making such a wonderful cake! You all went above and beyond customer service!! Will be back and definitely recommend. A+
