Five stars because of Tara! She was amazing at helping me pick after understanding what I was looking for. She explained pros and cons of each selection until I was satisfied. She even helped me change colors after my original selection.Delivery and service are another issue. Service calls / issues go without a return phone call. Delivery guys don’t really understand how to set up purchases or ask questions to make sure it’s right. I had an adjustable bed delivered, they didn’t ask how high I wanted it, so I had to adjust the height myself. After 3 months, it stopped adjusting and the customer service center told me I had to call the manufacturer and brushed their hands of it. I had a sectional couch delivered, the delivery guys did not attach the chaise to the rest of the unit, it continued to separate until I fixed it.Tara is the best at what she does and without her, Wolf’s wouldn’t sell near as much inventory just because the after-care is horrendous!
My living room, office, and kitchen furniture and decor are all from wolf furniture. We worked with Tara from the Chambersburg location. She was knowledgeable and helped bring my ideas to life. Any issues or concerned I had was addressed and resolved promptly.
We went to every furniture store in the area. Needless to say, I leave no stone unturned. With that being said, I even am particularly picky with the customer sales representative that would deal with us. I even narrow it down to the person that is how much time and consideration I take into account before making a purchase. Brett is by far the absolute best customer sales representative in this entire area as I have personally taken the time to meet each and everyone of them. From start to finish, I was 100% satisfied with 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. I refuse to work with or deal with anyone else. Brett is by far the best customer sales professional in the business. To me, investing time is worth it into making every purchase in life. Brett was easy going, friendly, accepting, and welcoming. The model of how every customer service professional should be. Without question, Brett went above and beyond expectations and answered every single question, comment, and concern that I had about my purchase. Brett had more patience with me than any other sales professional I have ever dealt with or worked with. Thank you Brett for a flawless sales transaction from start to finish. Patience is a virtue. And, you have more patience than anyone I have ever dealt with. If I were a business owner, I would have no problem handing you the keys. John the warehouse manager was a pleasure to deal with as well. John is very careful and protective of your products. He will take good care of them when your shipment arrives for pick up or delivery. He was very caring, courteous, and kind. John you are a gem. There was a nice selection available from bedroom sets to couches to carpets and kitchen sets. I really enjoyed coming here and had a very helpful staff member assist me with my purchase there. He went as far as to measure a sectional couch I was looking at so that I knew exactly how it would fit in my living room. Great service.
The WORST experience we had buying a couch. Bought a couch on 1/17, scheduled its delivery, called several times regarding its delivery. Today is 3/8. Still no couch. Called again and was told end of the month. Constantly being delayed without explanation. Customer reps would display complete disregard for it taking so long. Management member from last phone call said it was on a truck headed our way. We ended up canceling and buying elsewhere.
I went to Wolf Furniture knowing that I was going to purchase a bedroom, living room and office set. I was hopeful that I would find just the right pieces to match my taste in furnishings and I was pleasantly surprised to have an amazing experience while doing it. To start off, I walked in at 6:45 pm on a Friday evening and was greeted immediately by the best saleswoman that I could have possibly met! Her name is Brittany and she was neither pushy or aggressive with her approach as she was also helping other guests. She told me to look around and that she would check back with me in a bit. So I did just that, I looked around and found most of what I wanted so I went to Brittany to get some prices. As far as I am concerned she went above and beyond because she not only assisted me with what I was really looking for but she also put on her interior decorator hat to help me match pieces together. Once we had everything together we then had to do all of the financial part and availability of all of the furniture which took some time. Now mind you, the store closes at 8 pm and I did not feel the least bit rushed as I was completing my purchase and did not leave until 8:45 pm. I receive all of my furniture next week which makes me very happy but the experience was truly great due to the outstanding saleswoman skills of Brittany. If anyone is in need of great furniture I highly recommend not only Wolf Furniture but make sure you ask for Brittany as she will go above and beyond helping you meet all of you furniture desires and also make the experience one that left me walking away feeling great!

Moved back to the area....stopped in looking for living room furniture. Things were fine until another customer rather rudely ask for help and our salesperson just left us sitting ...instead of looking for another sales person. We just looked at each other. Guess we were done. First and last time we visit this location.

I was hesitant to try Wolfs Furniture out but I did so to lay on their bed that determines whats the best bed type for you. I didnt end up buying a bed there, as I bought one online, however I will say that the sales representative Britney was fantastic. She was very helpful, honest, and was not pushy in any sense. I would recommend this location and ask for Britney!
Bought a beautiful couch and coffee table from Wolf a while back. We scheduled delivery for the following week, so I made arrangements to get rid of my old furniture that weekend.Several days before scheduled delivery my salesperson called to say that the table wasn’t available yet so we could either wait to have both pieces delivered together or take the couch first and the table later. I elected to take the couch first since I had already gotten rid of my old one. But to do this they could no longer deliver it the original day promised. They needed to push delivery back a day because “the truck was already loaded.” Unfortunately my wife and I both had work the next day several days so we had to go basically a whole week without furniture in our living room.Not sure why we were bumped from the original delivery schedule before they even talked to us. I’d have even gone and picked up the table myself when it came in if they’d have delivered the couch on time.The couch is wonderful but I don’t plan on returning again after the poor customer service we received.
Very satisfied with sales person. Very unhappy with product and the action taken by staff in the store 2 days latter when we went back because of a problem with the seat of the recliner. It has now been a month and we still have a bad chair. This should have been taken care of in a few days not a few months. This chair was not cheap. We went to Wolfs to get quality and good service and have not received either.
My husband and I bought nearly an entire living room set on 11/23/19. The problem has come in with the 2 matching wingback chairs and small side table we purchased. We were told those 3 items would be delivered by mid December. When I called to find out about the delivery in the second week of December, I was told that there is no way that the furniture would be delivered before December 27. Mid December was a lie. I called again when I had not heard anything on December 28. Apparently my chairs were ready to be delivered, but the table still wasnt ready. I opted to have the chairs delivered first on January 2 and then schedule the table for whenever it was in.My wingback chairs where delivered, but, BOTH chairs have a front leg that is way shorter than the other legs so they wobble. Unacceptable for what they cost. I was told someone would call me from the service dept. that very day to schedule a repair. NO ONE CALLED. When I called the store the next day I spoke to a rude employee who was surprised by my frustration and said that These things happen. These things being delivery nearly 3 weeks late with a defective product and he was not at all sorry for the trouble. My chairs will be looked at on 01/11/20 and as of the 01/08/20 no idea where my table is! Ive paid for all the items. Nearly 7 weeks later I dont have all my items and 2 of the items are defective. I will never by anything from them again.Update: We recently discovered that one of the wingbacks was not defective. The corner we had it in had a slighty uneven floor. The Other chair was in fact extremely wobbly and considered a manufacture defect. We are still waiting on the little table we ordered, maybe another week and half that manager estimated. We are replacing the wobbly chair at the same time. I still would not recommend this furniture store at all given our experience.
Ordered a Lazy Boy recliner. Waited 8 weeks. Finally the recliner was delivered and now the lower back of chair seems that cushioning is so flatten that it doesnt support the spine correctly. We have had it for a month. Now, I wish we didnt buy that one.
The Representative who helped us was knowledgeable and helpful. The furniture was on sale, and she found other discounts. I enjoyed talking with her, and was happy she stayed with us at the customer service desk where we placed our order. I highly recommend Wolf Furniture.

Bought a new bed cause our bed was horrible the young lady that helped us was very professional and courteous she had us lay on a sensor machine to see what the best bed would be for us and then showed us the floor models and having us try them out I have a problem with over attentive salespeople the ones that hover over you to the point of annoyance! But this lady would leave me and my girlfriend be so we could make a decision instead of being told what to buy reguardless this is the place to go they have anything and everything you could need or want as furnishing for your home. Check them out if you are looking for furniture you will Not be disappointed
This company sold out to a big name co. Service was a Lot better a year ago. Spent a Lot of money there. Wont go back. A Lot of trouble with our last purchase.

I bought a pool table from this company and they told me who to use to have it installed so if any issues it would be covered under warranty. Now I have a issue and they wont stand behind it and they gave me a phone number that is no longer any good for the installer and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I would not buy anything from this place. I feel that it is poor customer service if they would have took care of it I was buying more furniture from them.
Salespeople are ready to pounce on you right when you walk thru the door. I do NOT like that. Then they follow you around and are bothering you every couple minutes. Im sorry but if I need help, I will find someone and ask. I realize this is how they operate, but I never enjoy being attacked right as I come inside.Furniture is nice, but prices are extremely high and its not worth it. Even when they have sales, prices are still inflated.Good luck if you decide to venture inside 😄
I bought furniture on February 20th for my new home. It was supposed to be here mid March. Needless to say I am in my home with no furniture. They owe me a $1700 refund that they have no idea when they can issue it because of bankruptcy. Don’t buy any furniture from them.
My husband and I purchased four dining room chairs and an electric reclining sofa about a year ago. Let me start off by saying that, had I been home when the items were delivered, I would not have signed for/accepted them. Why is this review coming a year after purchase...? Because I felt it was only fair to give Wolf Furniture the benefit of the doubt and see what time would tell about the products they sell. My mistake.The dining room chairs are wheeled, swivel chairs that tilt back (like a top-end desk chair). When delivered, they were put together so that they tilted side to side instead of back and forth. Fortunately, the delivery men were able to disassemble and reassemble the chairs to correct that problem. Though the delivery men were top notch, they could not correct the other faults with the dining room chairs. The wooden armrests (which rest on metal framework) are not well crafted. On the left side of each chair, the armrests have nicely rounded edges. On the right side of each chair, the edges have not been rounded, so they are actually sharp and uncomfortable when leaned upon. In addition, the cushions are so flimsy that sitting on the chairs for an extended amount of time makes one feel like one is sitting on a stack of damp newspapers... not comfortable at all. Also, the fabric has already taken on a crushed look that makes the chairs look dirty. These issues have gotten so bad in a year’s time that I’m certain that the chairs will need to be reupholstered or replaced in another year.Moving on, the recliner is a major disappointment. The fabric is lovely, but the cushions are not sewn symmetrically... this sofa looks like it should be in a “factory seconds” outlet store. In addition, this sofa is not stuffed as firmly as the demo model in the showroom. When sitting on this sofa, we can actually feel the stuffing compressing to the point of discomfort. This issue has rapidly gotten worse. In fact, we often vie for more comfortable seating on a 50-year-old gooseneck rocker that we got from my great aunt and uncle!It’s sad to have to use pillows and extra seat cushions on year-old furniture. Sadder still to face replacing that furniture due to poor craftsmanship. For those reasons, we urge everyone to shop around (although Chambersburg has little to offer in the way of furniture stores) before purchasing from Wolf Furniture.Giving two stars, because of the extra efforts of the delivery men. Otherwise, it would be a 1 star rating.
Very nice furniture and a great value. The problems? Whatever date they give you for estimated delivery is nothing more than a guess on their part. Some of the pieces I ordered are already five weeks late and still no sign of when Ill actually get them. That and they assembled my bed incorrectly, with tiny screws instead of bolts, and it broke the first night I slept in it.

I purchased a power recliner sofa from Wolf Furniture in Chambersburg (Gateway Ave) a little over three years ago. To protect my purchase, I paid for a Guardsman 5 year warranty policy that promised to fix ANYTHING that might go wrong (including mechanical problems, stains, punctures and tears to the fabric). Last month, I noticed the vinyl fabric on a side panel and foot rest of my couch was beginning to split and peal, so I contacted Guardsman to arrange for repair.... only to be told by Guardsman that the damage wasnt covered. I contacted Mr. Tomlinson (Wolf Furniture store manager) to ask him to go to bat for me in getting Guardsman to honor their Warranty. He told me that Wolf Furniture had switched to a different insurer recently so he no longer had the clout with Guardsman to solve my problem. However, Mr. Tomlinson offered to exchange my damaged couch for a new power recliner couch... I only had to pay the small difference in cost. Bottom line... Wolf Furniture stands 100% behind the products they sell! Thank you Wolf furniture for caring about your customers!

Ordered a bedroom set for my son on June 16th. Dresser with mirror, bed with headboard footboard and rails and a desk with a chair. Total cost was $3900. Waited 6-8 weeks for delivery. When my furniture was delivered I got the dresser and mirror and the chair. Everything else was damaged with large holes in the wood. Had to wait another 6-8 weeks for delivery. Today comes and no rails to put the bed together. These are not metal rails that you can go purchase anywhere these are matching wooden rails. At this point my son has already been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for over a month. I refused the entire shipment and had them take back everything that was already delivered previously. Now I have to wait 3 days for them to even refund me due to them needing to verify all of the items were returned and it being a holiday weekend. I will never buy anything from them again.

We purchased 6 dining chairs and a table.. approximately 2 months after our purchase the chairs started coming loose. After contacting Wolf, we were told that’s just the way these chairs are.Their repair man said they need a bar across the front of the legs to make them sturdy.I notified Wolf we did not want the chairs but to no avail.We had to have these new chairs repaired at our expense, having a wooden bar placed on all 6 chairs.Very disappointed with their customer service.WOLF FURNITURE.. NO THANKS!!
Over priced, they have nothing somebody else has cheaper, they charge for delivery from their wearhouse to the store, the salesmen will try to sell you anything and tell you that looks great and will go good in your house as if they have seen your house. I wont let my wife go here anymore

While we apperciated the help inside the store the after quality is horrible. The delivery guys were loud, smashed into our walls and woke our son from his nap - and we use white noise for him it was THAT loud. My husband rarely complains and he called the entire interaction very unprofessional. So while the furniture is fine the delivery was enough to sway us from getting anything having to be delivered for a while if not indefinitely.

I knew when I walked in there that I needed a bed and love seat, there are so many options! I have a bed frame that my father help me build, (check out Snyder Woodshop on facebook!) it was an odd size because for 5 years Ive slept on a HUGE bean bag. Brittany helped me find a good mattress that I wont have to fluff three times a day.. lol. I was so happy to have time to look around, usually salespeople want to be beside you but she let us look around before she came to answer questions! We got what we came for and more! Thank you! I hope to be back for a glider.

My salesperson was wonderful the receptionist and delivery clerk were horrendous not helpful at all !!! The one person told me basically too bad on the delivery time you got it cannot be changed and said she would rather cancel my order!!!! I told her I will be in to speak to the store manager who conveniently was not available ! Since I posted this original review I am still waiting for 2 pieces of furniture I both errors on Wolfs part original order was 9/8 and now I am being told December for the two pieces I am waiting for no fault of my own !!!! Terrible experience. The salesperson I spoke with, Tara, smelled like alcohol. Needless to say, that deterred me from any purchase I went there to make. On a brighter note, the store was very nice and clean.

Oh, the time wasted NOT spent in Wolfs Furniture.... But, seriously; I will never shop anywhere else for furniture. Sure, you may have to pay a small fee for delivery but, it is more than just delivery. They offer in home service for a year and all the assembly. Its nice to know what I am paying for. Whereas, other companies hide the fees into every piece of furniture. How many companies leave you hanging after the purchase is complete... Not Wolfs Furniture. A personalized thank you card, a phone call updating you on the status of your order, and there is always someone available if you call with a question. The warehouse guy always handled my accessory purchases with the utmost care. He was very detailed in wrapping each piece. He is such a sweet and courteous young man. The sales staff always have smiles on their faces, ready to assist. They were extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the furniture world. If they couldnt answer my questions they went above and beyond to find me the answers. I appreciate their honesty in the quality and lifespan of each piece. I came during a busy sale and the manager was greeting all of the incoming customers and making sure they were taken care of. She answered any questions I had until the next available sales person was available. You can tell she really enjoyed her job and helping people. All in all it is a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them!

I was told i would have my furniture within 6 weeks. First delivery they were missing parts of my bed, dresser, night stand, bar stools, entertainment center and they brought the wrong dining room table. Second delivery i was told they had everything but still missing dining room table, bar stools and the parts to my bed. I never had this much problems with Wolfs its week 15 hopefully it will be here next week.
Was not impressed. Had elderly lady in buy a mattress. We were in there for about thirty minutes no body even ask if we needed help. Will not buy anything there!!!

Just way to expensive and always never have what I need always way to big or bulky no light colored furniture and only a minimal selection you would think as big as it is they would have a lot more variety then what they do it sucks cause out of th en all thought they would have more of what I wanted instead of oversized for big was places not for a small place which is at least 75 % of the clientele
