Always friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Always find what I need there! Every staff member, tries to help at all costs, even if they dont have it there. Prefer this 100% over any big box department store! I wish they had later hours in the evenings but thats why, when I go, it takes a few hours because I like go down every aisle.

You never know what treasures you will find, but it is my favorite plane to go for repairing any random project needing screws, bolts, nuts, washers, anything like that. They have so many options for a great price, you can find something that will work even if they dont have exactly what you are looking for. The start are super helpful and will always try to help you find what you need.

My first time there today, and I will definitely be back! Way better than I expected from the name of the store. Lots of basic household goods as well as hard-to-find stuff: country decor, upholstery fabrics, foam pads, tool handles, metal sheeting, bulk hardware...the list goes on and on. All prices were good, and alot were absolutely amazing: S-hooks (15cents each) and aluminum key clips (.39 and .49 each), replacement gas can nozzles (3.99), for example.

Great prices, something new every time I come in. Good customer service as well.

Surplus City is Unique! They have Fabric, to Hardware, Tools and Chains as well as Home Decor and Holiday Goodies. Its Definitely an Extraordinaryly Different Shopping Experience. Harkens to Shopping of Ole.

It often has raw project material available that you cant otherwise find in small amounts.Much that I cant find anywhere else. If one of their stores doesnt have what you need it is likely another one will.Of course I often find other things that I didnt know I needed :) The prices are the best youll find anywhere!

Product wise this place is awesome. Would get 5 stars on a bad day. Customer service is horrible. Lack of workers and they speak to you unprofessionally.

Wow. What a place. They have such a variety of goods. Their screw/bolt section is amazing and you cant beat the prices. Plan on spending an hour there browsing.

First time in the store. I was on a time frame so I didnt get to really look around much. I liked what I did see. I went looking for upholstery material, which they had a good supply. Ill go back to the store when I have more time to explore. I think men would like this store considering the tools, etc in stock.

This place is amazing! They have a huge selection for almost anything you might need around the house. From tools to military gear and supplies or arts n crafts to sewing and so much more. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Stock isnt guaranteed to be consistent, but you get good deals. There is a wide variety of items. And you can probably get a good amount of what you need.

Great for everything, go to the auto section here before you go to AutoZone or anything like that. Youll be surprised what theyve got. Brake line flair kit, $20! Gear puller kit $25! Oil and additives as well.

Little bit of everything....good value...if you are a DIY person in about any type of repair,build,craft,metal fab,painting,plumbing....and much more this is a must go place

Not a lot of Army surplus or camping gear. Lots of other great stuff though. Like over stock from hardware and crafts and stuff, but not like what I think of a surplus store.

Good place to go for good prices. Staff was very friendly and was a big help. I bought all of what I was looking for and need a few other things so they ordered them for me and had it with in a week and called me to let me know it was in.

Odd assortment of products. Not the highest quality of products, so be careful what you buy. Good place if youre on a budget and know what is too junky to buy.

In regards to Mr. Glenn Johnson the staff is not rude not are they uneducated. Maybe you should have proven better that your tax exempt or maybe you forgot to mention it. Ive dealt with tax exempt customers before and all they have to do is show there tax exempt card. No brainier.

My boys love to wear home made costumes to Comic Book Conventions and Im always on the lookout for new places to buy supplies for new costumes. O think that Surplus City is my new go to for one stop shopping for supplies. From material to crafting foam, they seem to have everything I need.

Great place very nice and clean has plenty of room to shop without running into other shoppers. They had a verity of some hard to find items and hardware. Workers were very friendly and polite, they greeted us as we walked in the door and was ready to help if needed. Im so glad they opened up in this location as it is closer than the Carlisle pike location.
