They took what was a horrible experience at the Williamsport Maryland Harley Davidson and turned it into a wonderful one. Customer service in every department is 5 star treatment. The staff at M&S Harley Davidson were exceptionally helpful in my purchase of my 2015 Streetglide Special that I previously traded in for a new Ultra before I was in an accident and totaled it. They are very honorable as they were holding it for someone else and would not sell it to me unless the potential buyer made a decision on it. Their integrity is very respectful. When it became available, they held it for me as well until I was able to get there to purchase it. That just says a lot about how they operate. The transaction was quick, easy, and very fair. If I ever buy a new bike, it will be from there and nowhere else.

I was having trouble with my ECM programing to the TSSM . I had to give in and have a HD mechanic with his scanailizer program it...4 week wait at the dealerships.... my sister happens to know Brian one of the owners. She called him and next thing I know I was talking with Brian and a mechanic.Brian scheduled me the next week to have a mechanic check it out on the 7th. Service called and informed me of a wiring issue in the steering head and that they could also fix it. I gave them the go ahead to fix the problem. Next day my bike was ready as promised.Thank you Chambersburg HD and especially Brian for getting me back in the wind!

Wow! Beautiful facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even if you dont have a Harley, after seeing the selections, you may wish you did. Great place for buying gifts for riders: the clothing selection is vast and, even if you dont know a size, they have everything from cool sunglasses/goggles to dog toys and harness to hats or helmets and jewelry. They even have free gift wrapping with Harley Davidson insignia paper!

Cool place to visit if youre a motorcycle enthusiast. Very friendly staff and they always seem to reach out and do things with the community. Large selection of motorcycles and motorcycle attire. The only downfall is most merchandise is pretty expensive. There again HD stands for hundreds of dollars. Hehehe!

It looks like a really nice place... from the outside.My husband and I decided to take a road trip there after checking out their website which clearly stated they were open 9-4 on Sundays. Imagine our disappointment after driving 2 1/2 hours only to find out they were closed!! I would suggest updating your hours on the website! We now know to call before leaving next time we decide to take a road trip!!

Stopped here while I was in town for another event in the area to check the store out and grab a t-shirt. I was greeted and felt quite welcome. Motorclothes girls were quick to help me find the perfect shirt in the size i was looking for. Even told me about some of the towns history. The motorclothes girl running the register knew more about motorcycles than even most sales people in my town. Wish M&S were closer to me, I would definately be a regular customer!!!

I purchased my first new Harley from M&S in 1994. It was a 1995 springer softtail. It was to be built and delivered around Christmas day. Brian was the salesman and I told him I was gonna take a trip to York and see the factory. He said there was a chance that I could see my bike being built. He called and told me about the time it should be on the assembly line. I took the trip and did get to see the bike on the line. The people at York were fantastic on the tour. Picked the bike up Dec 23rd. Fast forward to now. Purchased a used SE VROD on Craigslist and need some parts. Went to M&S and got the discounted parts on the black Friday sale. Had a new tire installed at the service department. Darren worked me in quickly as he always has . With many years between my first visit and most recent (23years) the friendliness and quality of service has always been top of the line. I drive 80 miles one way just to do business with M&S. Thanks to everyone there.

Parts dept needs Alot of work! Never tell a customer that there bike is to old and get a new one because your to lazy to do your job!A 2008 model isnt that old. I was prepared to do some serious upgraded. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and spent over 5k Im upgrades. Your loss M&S. Your will never get another done from me!
