Mike was super helpful over the phone. When I arrived just before closing, he got me taken care of quickly and even loaded a 50 gallon water heater into my SUV. The water heater condition was near perfect.

Often 50% or more cheaper than retail.Joe was very helpful and even offered to send us pictures of other options for what were looking for as they come into stock so we dont have to drive there every time.Selection is growing all the time... This place is awesome! The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of bathroom vanities, lighting, water heaters, faucets, and so much more. I drove an hour and a half to go and Im so happy I did! I found the exact same products I was wanting from big retailers for WAY less.

Ok.. went there to get a water heater for a friend.. good prices scratch and Dent have to return it small leak no problem exchanging it ..if you dont mind taking a chance of installing it and returning it then re installing it you could save maybe 200.00.. only 90 day warranty.....

This review represents the two times I have bought something at Bankers Liquidators.The first time was a couple years ago, when I bought a used fridge from them because we moved to our new place and the fridge didnt get cold enough. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after fully stocking it. -_- The fridge wasnt anything fancy, just one of the average fridges youd find in apartment complexes, but it worked just fine and was relatively inexpensive. The guys here were nice enough to hold it for me when I didnt yet have the truck to haul it. They didnt have to do that, and I want to thank them for that kindness.This most recent time was for a water heater. When I scouted out for the fridge, I noticed that they had a ton of water heaters, and when ours decided to get scary, we started looking at water heaters from Lowes and Home Depot (~$500). These guys had the size we needed for about $200, as well as the connectors and accessories, even the exact kind that we needed as we live in a mobile home and require one that hooks up from the side.Both times, myself and my fiance have experienced very professional and courteous service. Thank you, Bankers Liquidators, for a decent fridge and awesome water heater! You are most appreciated!

Would be better if they took Amex....but overall a great place to get a discounted hot water tank. Their other supplies are very limited. Keep in mind they are scratch and dents but they still work great.

Highly recommended, great experience. I needed a 40 gallon gas water heater and they had tons. Some had bigger dents but some had very few. They were super helpful and helped me find one that had just a few small blemishes. Best of all the prices are easily half of a new one at Home Depot or Lowes and its only a few dollars more to upgrade to a higher tier heater. They are all tested and other than the blemishes look brand new. No reason not to get one here. A water heater is a appliance it does not have to be pretty just has to work. Which theirs do. Very happy.

Buyer beware! We thought we got water heaters at half price. NO, they actually cost you two to three times more than Home Depot or Lowes! The water heaters dont work! When you call and complain, they say Yeah come on down, we will give you some new parts. I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT I DONT HAVE TIME TO GO AROUND FIXING WATER HEATERS My advice is to go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy a new one....save yourself the headache.**Update: So they gave me all new parts for inside the water heater. I spent 4 or 5 hours replacing them all...It still doesnt work. So then they tell me it could be the gas valve computer board on outside of heater. I take the gas valve back to them. They take it out of my sight and bring out a new one. Well it looked just like the one I just gave them. They assured me it was new. I spend several more hours putting it in...guess what...it has same problem as before. They lied and never gave me a new gas valve.I went to Home Depot and bought a new water heater. It works great. I would NEVER do business with Bankers Liquidators again!

Easy transaction and a great price on a high end water heater. Mine even has the wifi port and they had the wifi unit I bought there also. I can adjust temperature and am alerted to a water leak. I installed a pan and out the sensor in the pan. No warranty from the factory but they offer 90 days. Worth the risk for me.

Home Depot and Lowes are not the place for water heaters!!!! I think mostly gas heaters are what they sell.
