I stopped in and wanted to ask some questions and the dude at the counter acted like he didnt want to be bothered. Then another worker came in and he was really helpful. If you want good reviews, you gotta have good customer service!!

I had a great experience with them. Last year one of my stock speakers blew out in my car. After talking to my cars manafacturer, I found out it would be >$1000 to get them all replaced. I decided to check out some local dealers and found Vibez. They put in a sub, re-did all of my interior speakers, and much more at a rather reasonable price. Recently I had a short in a cord going to my sub, and they replaced it for me at the price of a new cord, and didnt charge labor. Cant complain with that level of service. Thanks!Edit: I went back in there last Summer as my speakers were giving me issues. Since I had made a tiny adjustment to the sub, it was going to cost $50 just to have them look at it. I found a much better place in town called Lisas Car audio or something along those lines, and they were extremely helpful and affordable. Im changing this review from a 5 star to a 2 star.

Stopped in for diagnostic on an amplifier issue. Man at the counter acted as if he could not be bothered to help. Was quick to ask for $45 to do a system check, which I agreed, but then said he couldn’t get to it for three days.I may have caught them at a bad time, but when a customer walks in asking for help I usually find its best to at least act interested.

Customer service is terrible, I bought 2 subs, amp, and box. Called a few weeks after install asking for help with the tune. It never sounded right from the start. I couldn’t get any answer about box specs. I also never received any paperwork for the products I purchased. Upon looking at install I found damage to one sub from a drill bit. There was also damage to the interior of the car as well, one panel in the backseat has a 1/2inch gash in the leather and a plastic trim piece was cracked. If I could give a lower rating I would. Terrible experience

Customer service from the past. Jay kept it real from the beginning. Our company mechanic normally handles the work in house but anything remote start, audio, Bluetooth handsfree will be taken to Vibez. Im scheduling another truck to go in next week.
