Fast & Easy service on a Saturday morning. MTC-94R/H7 battery is what chose to put in my 2017 RAM Laramie 5.7L. With all the electrical features in this truck, I decided this is the one to try. First AGM battery for me.

Staff worked quickly with me over the phone to ensure I was getting the right batteries. Interstate batteries all the way. But a bit pricey. Would not reccomend if you dont plan on keeping a vehicle or dont care about it.

The employee helping me was wonderful, wearing a mask and maintaining 6 ft. social distance. He even offered me a Clorox wipe. However, during the transaction, another employee (not wearing a mask) walked in between us to retrieve something! All our safety measures were breached without even an apology. Employees need more training to keep customers safe. If a customer gets infected, a lawsuit is unavoidable!

I have been taking my watches to Interstate Battery Center for several years whenever they need new batteries. These guys always have the replacement battery I need and do a great job replacing the battery while I wait. The price is reasonable and I highly recommend their products and service.

(They also sell the Optima Spiral Core batteries)Having bought many batteries over the years in many different sizes and flavors, Interstate Batteries may look just like $50 batteries, but what is inside can make a world of difference in longevity! The people at this particular location are great! Although they dont provide free road-side assistance like they did in the Paul Harvey days, they will still swap your batteries for no additional charge! They also sell everything from forklift to flashlight batteries as well.Great People. Clean, professional, and well organized place thats all about batteries!

I need to change my battery and this place is just about batteries, they have the knowledge, give to you a suggestion ofbthe better choice for your car. Installation was free, Matt clean the brackets that hold the battery and explained me what happened with the old one. The new battery has two years warranty and free replacement by the store and 5 years warranty by the brand. It was a little pricey but the service was personalized. I actually saw his work and was professional.

Great customer service and a huge selection of batteries. I went in to replace the battery pack for my UPS battery backup. They had it in stock. While I was there i remembered they did battery testing and install for vehicles. With our current colder weather there have been a few mornings where my truck had trouble starting. While I was there, they tested the battery found out it was bad and replaced it on the spot.

I bought some 2/0 battery cables, crimp lugs, heat shrink, and a crimp tool here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.They also will help with any vehicle or RV battery replacement, and will recycle old batteries.They take credit cards.

A good place to go to get batteries for watches and hearing aids. They are cheaper and replace batteries in watches as you wait. Parking convenient too.

Worst service ever! I can account for more than one call to them! I called looking for a U-Haul and both guys that have answered my phone call had absolutely no idea what theyre supposed to do. The first time I called I figured maybe it was just one very rude assistant who had put me on hold for a full 10minutes. The second time I called I waited an hour so that I wouldnt bump into the same guy. The second seemed a bit more nice, at least he told me they were swamped as he put it. I told him I understood and just wanted a couple questions answered I stated that I JUST wanted someone to answer my questions and I wouldnt mind if they even called me back after the current call the owner was on. (Assistant told me this was the owner who would be calling me)So then since it was an owner I expected much more from him, but I was so very wrong I never got a call back from them in fact I had to call them myself AGAIN for the third time and still my answer was NOT answered. Yet again.Immediately after that call I called U-Haul online and they ended helping me get a U-Haul.... At interstate battery after they had told me they had no Uhauls left. (I was not aware that it was going to be Interstate Battery otherwise I wouldve changed to a different company immediately...As I had to put up with them several times later because I had a U-Haul reserved with them I hated my life so much when dealing with them.If you want to save your time, DONT CALL THEM EVER they only just put you on hold for 10mins+ every time. To be honest I would just go elsewhere and save time.

Bought a battery from them 15 Feb 2016. Battery went dead a number of times. Wife had to jump the battery when the temperature dropped. Took it down to them 9 Dec 2016, they checked my alternator it put out a charge. He then checked the water in each cell with his electrolyte squeeze water guage. All cells were dead. So I said its under warranty I need a new battery. He said No!, he asked me if i had a battery charger at home. I said yes. He said go home and charge it for 8 hrs. I said then why is there a warranty with this battery then if I have to charge it myself. I said I have owned this truck for years and never had a problem with other batteries before and the battery is clearly dead. He said my wife doesnt drive the truck enough to charge the battery. Really!!! She drives it every day and she is an RN. So need this battery to be up to what Intersate state states it is. So the Manager said I cant warranty the battery because there might be a charging or electrical problem with your truck. Really!!! He checked alternator that was good he checked his battery all cells were dead and this battery I bought back in Feb 2016 and this is Dec 2016 all cells are dead and he will not honor Interstate battery warranty. This is the Intersate battery store on Mattis Ave. Champaign illinois.
