Today was the final straw. I have decided to move all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Everytime I use mobile express checkout in the Walmart app at the drive-thru, the employees at this store cant function. I was told by a manager after the 5th time I complained, that all employees will be trained on how to print QR codes to send customers when using the drive-thru. Guess what? That promise was broken after 14 days. Its not hard. All other Walmarts I have used in 3 other states have no issues at all. This store no longer honors the mobile express lane so you can either wait in long lines or use the drive-thru. With The pandemic 😷, I do not want to step into any store. Shame. Shame. Shame. Side note - asked if my recent prescription was ran through insurance, the pharmacist cashier had no idea and didnt know how to check. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Not fast service at all. They ask for few hours to get the package ready.
Quick and friendly service. I appreciate how busy they always seem to be yet still courteous and quick with a smile.
Their low cost generic medication program is fantastic, and really helps a lot of people. The service however leaves little to be desired. Some of the staff are okay about general courtesy, but I wouldnt go so far as to say friendly. More than 2/3s of the staff Ive spoken to (over the phone) act or sound inconvenienced by my call and interrupt me when Im trying to ask clarifying questions. Im not one to tone police, but when behavior like that is common among employees, yea, Im switching pharmacies. Meijers in Champaign has been FANTASTIC and they price matched one of my prescriptions. Yay.
